I watched another customer pick his bike up and And they charged him more than what they quoted him. I ended up bringing it back for a chain install went from $10-$27. Do not trust these guys they’re just out to get your money. Not including the chain.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This location took advantage of my elderly father. He went in for his bike for some new tires, tubes and chain. He was originally quoted roughly $150-$180 for what he asked. When he returned to pick up his bicycle, that is 10 years old and was originally $500, he ended up paying $380. More than double what he was quoted for the work that was covered. He was charged $80 for a tune up... when he already paid for the install of a chain, tires, crankset etc. individually. He was told the original quote was just labor, not parts included. I can't remember the last time I went to a place that was a shop that performed a service, ie mechanic, that did not quote me on parts and labor or at least clearly state that the quote was only for labor, parts excluded.

Main St., Cyclery will definitely get my business again. I had a small job done on my bicycle and the labor cost plus material was very fair. My bicycle was also ready when they said it would be. If you're having any problems with your bicycle, take it there. It will be in good hands.

Went in on New Years Eve, planned on leaving it there for some wire repairs to my wife’s bike that I yanked out removing the front wheel. Repaired it while I waited!!! Mahalo and Hau’oli Makahiki Hou to 2023!!! ???

Came in on a whim to just look at potential SE Bikes I might be interested but eventually found one! The young man working there was super helpful and didn't pressure me at all and was around if I had any questions. Super clean and organized shop. Highly recommend.

Another great experience with this store. Needed a derailleur adjustment and new cable and they were able to fix it on the spot. Mechanic was awesome and friendly. Even noticed my headset was a little lose and tightened it for me. Will always bring my bikes in here for service. Thank you!Had issues with my press fit BB creaking really bad. Aaron saved the day and was able to install a new BB and crank in record time! No more creaks and I can now ride noise free! Thank you Aaron for the superb service and attention to detail!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Aaron worked on my bike and even text me a follow up to see how everything was working. We’re still working through some adjustments, but hes committed to making it perfect, which is great.Prices are very fair and bike selection looked decent although I didn’t purchase a bike from them.I ride MTB but I saw them doing work on bmx as well.Highly recommend

The guys working there were really helpful with answering questions and seemed knowledgeable about bicycles. We were able to get everything we needed for our bikes. Very clean shop and good location in Cypress.

This is a 5 star establishment. I worked with the owner Paul throughout the entire process. I had no knowledge about bikes but I knew I wanted one. He asked the correct questions and showed me the perfect bike for me. I knew he was being honest and was trying to find the perfect bike versus making a good sale because the first bike he showed me (which is the one I ended up with) was a "knock off" of the more expensive version. He wasn't the typical salesman who started with the highest priced bike and worked his way down as far as pricing. His prices are in line with online stores that I researched. When I went to pick up the bike he answered all of my questions and showed me everything I needed to know. I'm definitely recommend this shop.
