Was able to schedule them with quick notice. Technician Carlos was helpful and fixed our dryer upon about 2 hours of arrival. It was what I was expecting from an appliance repair company and they got the job done.

Our office lost power overnight and when we arrived in the morning our fridge was not turning back on. Hoping that we weren't going to have to buy a new one we called around and Long Beach Appliance Repair was a company that actually answered the phoen and allowed us to have someone out that morning to fix it. Would highly recommend using them

With the heat (no AC in our property) wave that had just happened we noticed our Samsung fridge was dropping in temperature. Called them and had a technician out to fix it - we thought we'd need a new fridge but glad we got it checked out first. Thanks

Technician was pretty rude. Complaining the whole time about the company and how he didn’t want to be there. I was quoted $75 to diagnose the problem for my fridge and then apply that as a credit if I decide to fix it. Technician was trying to charge $95 which would have been fine but I thought it was super unprofessional to be telling two different prices. Get communication with customers clear so expectations are as well. I decided not to get my fridge fixed by him since I was super thrown off by the vibe.

Friendly, competent technician —very knowledgeable. He was running a little late and called to alert me — very professional. Clearly understood the problem and helped me understand and analyze the possible solutions.

I do not recommend: called on Sunday and got a 9am-12pm window for service repair for the following day. Called the next day at 11:15 to get a more accurate ETA, they said they would call the technician and get back to me. Nobody called back. I called again at 12:15 and they said they DID not have a record of my service call but they would call dispatch and get back to me. I had to call them back at 1255pm after nobody called back. They still didn’t have a record of my service call.
They weren’t even apologetic - sorry but I would not recommend them because of their terrible customer service.

Our LG washing machine recently developed a consistent leak so I called Long Beach Alliance Repair to arrange for them to come take a look at our machine. Before I called them, I did check out their website and noticed that they said they had been in business for over 10 years and that they had provided service for the Los Angeles area. They did come out and fix our machine but the curious thing is that the receipt for the work is from Top Tech Appliance Repair located in Glendale and NOT Long Beach Appliance Repair that is supposedly located in Long Beach on Atlantic. So I am curious if there is a 'Long Beach Appliance Repair' or if it only exists in name only.

I contacted Long Beach Appliance Repair because my dryer was leaking gas and my house smelled every time I used it. Their scheduling was fast and professional, the price was given upfront with no hidden unexpected fees. And when the parts arrived, the technician was here right away to do the repairs. I am very satisfied with their service and will definitely use it again.

Our washer wasn’t draining so we where looking for repair company searched the internet for a few days until my coworker recommended this company and based on the positive reviews I decided to give them a chance . I called them and was able to book same day appointment. The awesome technician was able to fix it on first visit which made us very happy I am glad that we used this company even though it was a little costly but it was worth it Definitely will use them for my future appliance repairs and will recommend to all my friends and family.

I do definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of repairs on any of their appliances Great communication/customer service The technician was phenomenal. He was on time for the appointment, very eficiente, super knowledgeable and super quick to fix my refrigerator. Price was within reason as well.
