I recently visited the Sephora inside Kohl's in Buena Park and had the best experience with Rita. She was amazing, effortlessly multitasking while helping me and other customers. Rita is very knowledgeable about makeup, and I really trust her advice. Her kindness and expertise made my visit wonderful. I gave her a 5/5 rating because she truly deserves it! If you're going to Sephora, make sure to go with Rita. She's the best!

I bought a hat, but when I went to exchange it, they said I couldn't return it. This is the first time in the US that I've been refused a return, and the attitude of the service staff was so unpleasant that I don't want to go there again. <2024 -06 -24 PM>

Great customer service from Michael greeted me right when i was walking in with a pleasant great smile felt welcoming Michael went above and beyond to assist me on helping me find the color for my eyebrow shade. If it weren't for his assistance and persistence on helping me i would've just left.

What is up with Retail Customer Service? Does anybody know where they work, and what they are selling anymore? In the store for over an hour looking for Van Heusen dress shirts. No one in the knew what Van Heusen was. It took 4 to 5 Employees to figure out they don't sell Van Heusen anymore. A couple of months ago they did. I looked on the web site everything on clearance. I worked for Mervyn's California over 20 years ago. Grat Team work then. We always knew the products. If we didn't. We never let your guests wander letting them figure it out. We got the answer and made it happen. Bummed out. I spent about 500 bucks on shirts here. Now I have to go somewhere else like Macy's to replace one Shirt. Wow. Times have changed in Retail.

Exceptionally rude employees! Vel in customer service made my experience here a nightmare. Does this location properly vet or train their employees? I think not! I’ll never visit this location again.

Terrible experience with Vel in customer service. She is rude, unhelpful, and uneducated in Kohl's store policies. This is after she finally stopped simply ignoring me as I continued to stand there waiting while she's on her phone. This store is the most disorganized Kohl's I've seen and lacking in cleanliness. Avoid this location. They need to hire better associates.
