We got there between noon and 1 and the lines for the rollercoasters were already insane. Big groups of people jump the line. The food is just ok while being incredibly expensive (minus the bakery, where things are worth the price). Unless you get the fast pass don't bother

Knott's Scary Farm was fun and new. Two new mazes. "Widows" is a crawling, umbral maybe through a twisted old folks home. "Eight Fingers Nine" traps you in a centuries-old, cursed orphanage in the forest, supernaturally oppressed by a demonic presence. Great atmosphere and ambitious production values. A must see for Halloween season.

I grew up going to this park, but they are not efficient in their queue management. Quiet rides were taking several minutes to exit/enter . Most staff was helpful and courteous. No clue what the problem was for Ghostrider, we ended up getting out of line. Putting personal belongings in a cubby slows the loading process.
Sad to see that Ghost Town was locked on weekdays with only the Blacksmith doing demos.
For the rides we did go on, we loved it. Would give 5 stars if loading was better.

If you are a lover of roller coasters or extreme games but you also like good food and the concept of the fair. KNOTTS BERRY FARM is the right place for you. It is located in Buena Park California. It is relatively close to Disneyland in Anaheim. The characters that characterize the place are from the Snoopy and Charlie Brown animated series. Unlike past years, today, the amusement park has been modernized, its food offering has grown and it is notable how they have paid main attention to keeping the place clean. Both toilets and common traffic areas are very well cared for. If you have children under 10 years old, there is a whole area for them, called "Camp Snoopy."
As for the prices of food and entrance tickets, they are cheaper compared to other amusement parks in California.
If it's worth a visit, you'll fall in love with the atmosphere and the diversity of attractions.

Visited first time during opening of Knott's Scary Farm and had an incredible experience. I would recommend to get the fast lane pass with parking and food bundle because it is a pretty great deal everything considered. Parking is $35 and meals come with a side and soft drink making for a $30/40 value... plus if everyone in the party had it hen you can easily share the food since some portions like the tritrip mashed potatoes was HUGE.
The service from tickets to performers were incredible, and the performers who had the greatest responsibility of being scary and giving everyone a great experience were really on top of their game and did a fantastic job.
The rides were insane. I thought the craziest were Ghost Rider, Hang time, and Soul Spin, in that order. The last one really surprised me and I also thought that Supreme Scream would get me more, but I was taken off guard at just wild a seemingly innocent looking ride could be at times.
The park layout is solid and with the fast pass, I was easily able to ride every single ride at the park in about 5/ 6 hours and waited in almost no lines.
The mazes were incredibly thought out and decorated but I do wish that there were less people per party or some way to slow people down from bunching together in them. Recognizing that they are super popular but when you feel like you are standing in a line at the grocery store then it is hard to be scared, and likely harder for the performers to have a lot of fun with their roles.
The best amusement park I have EVER been to and have spent a ton of time in Florida and California parks.

We absolutely love this Theme Park. It’s all about Snoopy and the West Wild. They also have the water park open during the summer. Prices are reasonable, specially when you get the season pass then all you can do is earn perks for the next month. No need to buy parking if you can walk from free parking spots (About 10-15min walk) Many food options. There is an all day dining I would recommend this one if you plan on staying at the park all day long. For $35 you eat every 90min ?? there is rides for all ages. I started taking my kids very little here. And they still love it. Check on Groupon before purchasing your tickets ! ??

Love the updated rides and the asortment still. Sort of sad that when they redid the log flume, mine, and rapids that it wasn't done as well as it could have been. The log flume went from saying how accidents could happen to a creepy ride with happy music. The same thing with the mine. Some of the animatronics look down right creepy in the mine ride also even with some being updated. With the rapid ride, you dont get as wet anymore. In fact, I rode it multiple times and walked off dry after 6 times. It is a disappointment now, before there used to be the warning you won't be wet you'll get drenched. Now the warning is you might get misted. Also the random yeti animatronic doesn't fit in anymore at the end since it is no longer called bigfoot rapids.
Update: I went to Merry Farm, the ice skating show was good. Xcelerator was running (with the new paint though it still looks out of place with everything else on the boardwark being pastel.) Ride operations were not the best with empty rows and single train operations causing over hour long waits for many attractions. Still best well rounded park overall.
Update: Scary Farm 2024
The ride operations were good. The halloween overlay for the Timber Mountain Log Flume is better than the original. Xcelerator is still awesome. Silver Bullet has been smoothed out and was a nice ride once again. The scare actors were really good and got me in the scare zones along with some of the haunted houses. Came back home with a massive smile on my face.

I like Universal Hollywood Horror Nights better, but this is a fairly good Halloween attraction. I didn't like the app. I found it difficult to learn and use. I don't think it was well designed. The Le Magnifique Carnaval du Grotesque was the best thing I did. I didn't make it to the other shows. The lines were much shorter than at Universal HHN.
