Don't even waste your time coming here. There was no food out when we got there and no clean cups. I tried to talk to a manager and he seemed very uninterested in what I was saying. The first time I went to this location is was ok but now it's a dump with half the games either broke or just taking credits.

I really wish I would have reviewed the reviews prior to my booking here. We had a really bad experience with customer service. We had 2 hosts that were minors. We got there, and they gave us a run down that they would be our host picking up trash and filling up our drinks. Well, we had to ask for a trash bag to pick up our own trash because they would never be around. They were in this backroom, and I kept having to go back there to ask them to fill up our pitcher. Our time finished, and we moved out to the other public rooms. My 70-year-old Grandma remembered that she had put money in one of the boxes with the birthday girl's name on it, thinking it was for me to keep. And when I went back to ask the girls if they had seen anything, they denied it, of course. I paid $600 for the horrible service. Let alone the 25+ people that paid for themselves. I didn't get to eat because I kept having to go around, pick up trash, remove plates, and ask for drinks. But 50% percent of the people kept saying that food wasn't stocked and that the little they did have was cold. We as parents work hard to give our kids and our guests a great time! The was not cheap for such a horrible experience will definitely not be coming back!! I really thought this would be less stressful than a home party and it was bad!

Barely any food out on a Friday evening. They don’t offer fried chicken anymore, now they chicken nuggets. Pasta seems under cooked

To say I was disappointed, would be an understatement.First was just getting through the entrance. Fortunately we went on a less busy day, but the self service machines were overall complex as we tried to figure out how to redeem a deal we bought online.Next was the cleanliness. There were maybe 2 or 3 families in each themed room with each room having 20+ tables, yet we couldn't find a single one that wasn't dirty. We ended up cleaning the one we used ourselves with wet wipes my wife always brings with her.The Food. Well, besides the major lack of selection (at any given time, there were only about 3 or 4 pizzas to choose from, with about a dozen location FOR pizza to be placed) it was overall decent. However, again, the counters were a little dirty and not well kept by the staff. I'd say for the price we paid, and their flavor, it wasn't worth it.The Games. Well this was the worst part of the overall experience. While my daughter and niece had good amount of fun, we ran into mutiple issues of games not working, games charging you but not letting you play, games that let you play but were broken in some way so you ended up losing faster (for example, and lot of the shooting games have very bad delays / lag with the aiming system). We had a deal where we got 2 hours of unlimited play for any game that didn't give tickets, and $10 credit for games that do. We often found ourselves just wasting time trying to find games which worked, as well, trying to get refunds for credits charged to a game that didnt start. The one major plus though was that the cards also gave us unlimited rides on the few attractions we had. The bumper cars were a lot of fun and we did them a few times.By the end of the night, I honestly couldn't wait for us to leave. I will not be going back here At All, and can not recommend that anyone else go either. Its a waste of money that is not worth it. You would be better going to Chuck-E-Cheese, buying a couple pizzas, and a few unlimited game cards (that were for all their games, not just non ticket giving ones). I only gave this place two stars because the staff were friendly when we interacted with them, and the rides were fun. But that's just not enough for the money we spent.

I was really not pleased with the overall cleaniningness was very poor.Cooked pasta with different saunces and call it a buffet ?Plates were dirty, spoons were dirty, coffe mugs were dirty, restrooms were dirty. How is this okay?Half of the rides were not working. Half of the ones that were kept lagging.I don’t know why I would come back here. I would rather go to Dave & Busters and or Round One.

1st time here, from LA so it wasn't too close to us, but even after paying a hefty amount, for a family of 5, to enter, my 3 young boys had fun with the games and the buffet was good. We will be back

Not even worth it even if you have a coupon. You’ll have a better experience just going to a park.

I'm not leaving any high stars here, I'm having my daughter's birthday here in a couple weeks and if it's not well, I'm leaving the worst review possible.

This place is extremely disorganized. Half of the machines don't work. You swipe the card, it takes your credit and you get nothing. The ice cream maker is always broken and food is way below average quality. I'd say, go to a proper All-You-Can-Eat place and then go Dave and Busters or a place where the machines work and aren't 20 years old. You might spend a little more but you get much more for the money.

Never go on a weekend. They over sell the amount of people allowed to enter and they run out of food, cups, silverware, and table space.

I had high hopes for this family-friendly spot, but it didn't quite live up to expectations. It's clear that the place is designed for kids, but the atmosphere could really use the touch of more experienced staff to guide the environment and maintain a bit more order, especially with the kids running around and touching the food with their bare hands. The food presentation was a bit off-putting, considering the expensive price, I was hoping for quality that just wasn't there. So, if you're into pricey pizza, lots of noise, and a messy atmosphere, then maybe it's worth a visit. But personally, I'd recommend staying in and ordering from Pizza Hut or another place you trust.

This was a mistake just going there. It was a minimum of a 30 minute wait just to get into the restaurant. We didn't stay.
