I went to buy some stuff as well and picked up an online order around 5 p.m. today, 2/23/24, with James' assistance. James was so genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I find it hard sometimes to interact with strangers, but his friendly demeanor definitely made it such a comfortable interaction for me. Outstanding customer service; letting me know about coupons and how to save much more, making sure me and the other customers are doing okay is definitely such a plus! Also, I am not sure what the reviews are talking about, but I came to a clean, organized store. Perhaps they've caught it on a bad day when it was understaffed, but this location is just as awesome as the one in La Habra!

Extremely picked over throughout the entire store, not just one section. Many things without prices listed. Only 1 cashier when there were 14 people in line. I've never seen a Joann store run this poorly or this messy.

I made a trip to Joannes and needed help with sewing machines. I was very surprised at how knowledgeable the lady was and that they even offer classes. I bought one and can hardly wait to start using it. The only thing that was a negative is when checking out they only had one register open since the line took quite awhile but, the person checking us out was sweet.

Went here to pick up a few items. I use to LOVE this store! There were two employees in the entire store. The store was filthy and picked over. No one to help me. I got to the register after 20 minutes of waiting. The poor clerk was exhausted. She said the store only staffs 2 employees at any given time and allows them to work only 3 hours per day. I felt so bad for her. I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. Good bye Joann, hello Michael.

The store has so many great items, it's huge. Actually I had a curbside order to pick up, was told curbside was currently closed due to staffing shortages. The employees are so nice and professional. I will definitely be back sooner than later....

The worst JoAnn'sI HATE when I have no choice to go hereI'm never shocked when items that are sold out elsewhere are still in stock hereI'm sure many share the same feeling towards this locationOrder pickup takes forever, they're so understaffed just close the store down please

This Joann's is the CVS of craft stores. The workers were very kind, but the place looks unkempt. Definitely understaffed. Long lines, one cashier, so it takes a long time to get to the register and pay.

JoAnn's Fabric store has the worse customer service! I purchased some fabric and clearance craft paints. When I got home I opened one container of the paint and it was dried out. Second container dried out. I want back with my receipt a few days later to take all the clearance paint containers back (the rest were still sealed) and was told no refund. Who would have thought a store would sell products unusable. I waited for a manager and was told no refund. I could understand clearance products not being returned but it's a shame to sell something that should be tossed out. I left the bag and told the manager to throw it out. I called the Corporate office from my car and was told someone would get back to me. Still waiting. NOT! I decided not to shop there anymore. My crafting community (we are located all over the US) agree that this is not the same company we used to know. Overpriced and again the "Worst customer service in all the stores" I'll drive the extra 15+ minutes for a company that stands behind there products and has customer service. So long JoAnn's.

Horrible. Dirty, smelly, like a tornado hit this store. No help around. Waited 30 min for help and no one came. I made a purchase ent to my car parked in front in an UNMARKED space which obviously means is open for anyone to park. As I was getting ready to leave the lady from fabrics came to tell me not to park there because she has customers picking up orders yet she didn't tell the person next to me who was actually parked in a MARKED space for order pick up. I told her there is no sign letting customers know the space is for pick up. She pointed to a beat up cone laying on the sidewalk, as if that is supposed to let everyone know the space is reserved. I told her out a sign up, she said there is, this cone is here. I don't have an issue following rules, but when there are none clearly displayed don't yell at your customers. She was so rude! Her attitude and the lack of customer service within the store, fits the condition of the store, horrible.

The store is understaffed. You can tell just by walking through the door. You are greeted with a display of broken Christmas decor for 50% off, and boxes of items yet to be opened and stocked. As a former cashier and stocker, that's horrible. The store is supposed to cleared of boxes prior to doors opening. The store was very unorganized with overstocks of yarn and frames in almost every single section. The frame section also had yarn and additional boxes of random stuff. There was also a clearance bin with more disheveled yarn. So, I was surprised when I found out later that they had an actual yarn section, with a wonderful selection of yarn, even with colors that were normally sold out at my local Joann's. Meanwhile, my mom was looking for fabric to be cut. We took a number and when we were called, my mom initially wanted 4 yards, but when she saw how big 4 yards were, she apologized and switched to 3, to the annoyance of the manager, who did not say a word to us until she handed us the fabric. She said in a monotone, "have a nice day." We felt that was very awkward and thought she was in a bad mood. As we were in a very long line, we discovered that the grumpy manager had to take over a register to help. Luckily, neither of us had to encounter her again. I got a nice cashier who complimented my happy meal bag and we spent the whole transaction gushing over lounge fly bags. despite the hidden treasures of yarn and the nice cashier, I couldn't handle the disarray of items everywhere, it felt overwhelming. I fault the manager who (according to previous yelp reviews) needs an attitude adjustment and better leadership skills to turn this location around.

This place happens to have a bad worker by the name of Gladys she's very unprofessional she does not know how to talk to customers she's very disrespectful she likes to be a bully to customers and put herself with younger girls that are under the age of 17. Even her own employees have said she gets lots of compliments on how she talks and acts with customers. Then you have a manager by the name of Cindy who allows her to act the way she does and done not correct her. Gladys gets out of control and starts yelling at Cindy tell her what to do as if she is the manager. Trust me I plan to get to the bottom of this. This is not over. She is lucky I was not there with my family
