I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a need to fix their jewelry. My Bulova crystal was hard to find, Brian found it for me. I'm so grateful. He honestly put a smile on my face when he said he will take care of it for me. I would definitely be coming back.

Brought in my new seiko watch for a band swap (band bought elsewhere) and sizing. Absolutely fair price, and friendly service. Will come here again for my watch repair/adjustment related needs.

Went in and got my watch resized and battery swapped out. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. No fuss, my style of shopping. Also asked to get my watch cleaned and they were honest and said it didn't need it and I would just be giving them free money to do it. Can't beat the honesty. This place is a must for watch repair and alterations.

Visiting my parents in the local area and my mom pointed me to this shop to get my watch band size adjusted. She had previously taken several watches for battery changes and was pleased with service and price. A nice lady greeted me and was able to take out couple of links to re-size the band on my Tag watch. Excellent service and price. Will come back here again for future watch adjustment and battery needs. Highly recommend. The shop is located inside the Beach Galleria mall, one of the stores near the entrance to your right - directly across from Paris Baguette.

do NOT get your ears pierced here *i repeat* do not get your piercings here. it is unsanitary, unprofessional, and just overall the worst experience anyone can have. get your piercings where the workers wash/sanitize their hands and make sure the piercing process is a safe and positive experience.

Went with my friend to get our lobes pierced. My friend very clearly told the lady she wanted her doubles re-pierced but without even confirming anything- the lady just went in with the piercing gun and pierced the WRONG hole (the first hole that was already pierced), but missed- leaving a new hole above the existing first hole. When she realized her mistake, she gasped but barely even apologized and just took the piercing out (with unwashed hands!!) and put some unknown powder on top of her bloody hole. After piercing the correct placement, she said because she messed it up, that piercing would be "a free service"--as if we should be thankful? She had the audacity to still charge for the other ear's piercing. My friend was already nervous to get her ears pierced and this experience gave her so much anxiety. I know this shop offers piercings at an affordable price--but affordable shouldn't mean sloppy and rude! If you are planning to get an ear piercing here, BEWARE! And make sure your piercer knows exactly what you want because they probably won't listen the first time you tell them.

If I could, I would give a zero star. I went in to get both my ears pierced today. This review is for the relatively young Korean lady that works here. First off she didn't even sanitize her hands nor my ears properly before piercing them. 2nd, I told her specifically that I only wanted my seconds pierced. She didn't even bother asking for clarification and rushed ahead to pierce my ears with out double checking what I wanted for each ear. When doing so, she RE-PIERCED my first piercings I already had and even MISSED so that I had another whole pierced where I didn't even ask for it to be pierced. She looked at me terrified once she realized that was my first hole and not 2nd...... she goes on to touch my bleeding ear with unsanitized hands to remove the mistaken piercing.. Then, she has the audacity to say, "since I messed up on this ear, I'll give it to you for free". The fact that she even charged me for the other ear is mind blowing to me. She literally PIERCED my body incorrectly and still has the audacity to charge me.. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, and I'm just so disappointed with this business.. I literally had to sit for a moment because I felt like throwing up from the pain and shock (you can see how scared I was from my body language in the pictures..) Please don't ever come here.

Found this watch repair shop inside an Asian Mall in Buena Park. I was given a good quote for the 4 watches I needed new batteries. Walked around the mall and came back to pick up the watches. I was billed less than the quote as the batteries needed were cheaper as once thought by the repair guy. Very honest and courteous service.

I needed some new batteries for my watches and resizing of my ring. My ring came out so perfect, better than the original. The cost of the battery replacement was really affordable, made me realize I was ripped off all this time. It looked like a mom and son duo. Great place!

Great selection of 24K gold jewelry for a baby's first birthday per the korean dol tradition . Lots of different varieties and sizes to choose from - rings, bracelets, charms. We got 2 sets of rings and bracelets for my niece and nephew. They packaged them up in really cute embellished velvet boxes and pretty gift bags. They even cleaned our jewelry for free while we were waiting for them to wrap up our items. Good service, convenient location, and a nice family run business. I highly recommend!

I got a new watch resized here recently. The staff wasn't the friendliest but I'm not looking to make friends so I guess that's ok. An older gentleman helped me out. It took several tries to get it to the right size and he was very patient. The price was right. $8 and anything under $20 needs to pay with cash. I'd probably come again in the future.
