“Only two towels, no bath mat, no wash cloths, no shower soap. Took a long time to check in. Room was decent, bed was more comfortable than most beds at other Motel 6's. Could hear a lot of racket and noise from above us. Overall, not too shabby.”

“Great hotel for family and business alike. Came here with my dad on business, was not disappointed. Even got to swim, clean pool.Rooms: Clean rooms, felt very comfortable and private.Nearby activities: Tons of nearby activities as it’s in the heart of Buena Parks. Literally just walk out the door you’ll see shows and Knotts berry farm.Noteworthy details: The pool is cleaner than a teenagers white shoes. Incredible.”

“Cops frequently harass guests here I was stopped three times and if I was on parole or probation, it would have been curtains-but instead I was given a ticket for a cracked window. Although the cops frequent this place the managers are great the prices are reasonable and the people are kind ( most of them)”

“The family and I had a fantastic stay at Fairfield Inn and Suite Anaheim North Buena Park. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Louie at the front desk. He was always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. He made us feel welcome and appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and frequently refilled. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Anaheim or Buena Park. It was a great value and a great experience. Thank you, Fairfield Inn and Suite Anaheim North Buena Park, for making our family trip memorable. ?”

“I stayed here and it was enjoyable except for the annoying breakfast staff, saying no to go breakfast. But I only took one waffle each person that was a registered guest on my room. I took the food to my room because there is nothing but waffles and dry food for breakfast and juices. This is because I wanted to add more food to my waffle breakfast. There is a pool there I plan to enjoy but never seen when I return there for another stay. Staff is friendly and motel is nice and clean for the price.”

“5 stars for customer service. I didn't double check my check in date-I literally booked for the wrong weekend. My family and I show up to ask about early check-in, which they were willing to accommodate, when... we hear "your reservation is for next weekend. Danielle went out of her way to call the manager and helped us reschedule our reservation for today. She even personally called me to let us know our room was ready for early check in. She is so friendly and works very hard to make the hotel accommodating and family friendly. Thank you Danielle for saving our weekend trip!!”

“Now this is the place to be my friends, if you want , by golly they have it everything from unicorns to bubbles in the bathtub rubber tubing screws that you want screws that you don't want friendly vibe cracker Jack's ice cream cones and if you call and request before you go there they'll have sparkless splinking water in your room waiting for you straight from the mountains with the lions and bears and all this place is the s*** you will not be disappointed”

“This a great place to stay! I was VERY hesitant at first to stay because of all of the reviews I saw, but GENUINELY it is VERY nice. Whatever review problems you see, they are being fixed or already done. It is VERY clean, the AC worked AMAZING, it just took a second for it to kick in since they have it off before someone entering the room. The water was hot when showering, the pool is calm/relaxing. The atmosphere was beautiful, especially at night with all of the lights. Not just that, if you’re staying here SPECIFICALLY for Knottsberry, GET IT! It is WALKING DISTANCE!!! The staff is understanding and will do the best they can to fix anything or any problems that you may have.”

“Rooms need work, but they are getting re-done. Once that is completed this will be my family's place to go when we're visiting. The location is right of 5 close to Disneyland and Knotts, and the staff was friendly and very helpful.”

“The check in was easy. We got to come early with my elderly mother. They had clean towels everyday. The people were polite. We did have one issue but it got resolved quickly. Overall we had a good stayNearby activities: Walking distance to knotts”

“First of all this is not like the one in Fullerton it was really bad service number one it took forever to get service it took them at least 15-20 minutes to get us a cup of coffee the waitress wasn't that good of a waitress and I ordered pancakes when they brought the pancakes and they were chocolate chip pancakes the pancakes were cold and chocolate chips were poured on top there was no chocolate chips in the pancakes so I don't know how they call that chocolate chip pancakes they should just call it pancakes with chocolate chip topping but the pancakes were cold when they got to the table when I talk to the manager the manager act like there was nothing wrong but even a 4-year-old can make better chocolate chip pancakes than what they serve me I will not be going back if you can avoid it do not go there go to the one in Fullerton I promise you you will like that much better the reason they told me they're not like the one in Fullerton is because their franchise and they do things different than the one in Fullerton which does not make sense usually franchise means you keep everything the same and two the way they have the parking lot you will not like it it look like it was a bank at first and then they switched it to the broken yolk overall it was very terrible service the parking was horrible do not go there go to the one in Fullerton believe me you'll be thinking me for that one”

“Great price great location and right next to all the newest shops Buena Park has to offer.Since my last posting I feel the need to update my response.The rooms all have been remodeled from floor to ceiling. Everything is new except for the decor which I have been told is coming soon. The bed's are all new along with hairdryers and showers are all new.There is a post on here from two days ago that is totally false. I was in the office waiting for my turn to register for a room and while I was waiting here comes this lady and she didn't ask anyone who is next just went right to the window and started yelling at the employee that was unfortunate to be working that afternoon and the lady continued to yell about how she ordered a king bed and claimed the bed in the room was a small one. She stated she is not a small person and needs a bigger bed. She also stated she was going to find everything she could and post it on her. The receptionist handled the lady as any professional could in that situation and explained everything to the lady that she has done everything she could do to compensate her but the lady just wasn't going to hear it. Said she was going elsewhere and definitely was not going to stay in any room at this location. Well I am here to tell you that she was in the office that very next morning grabbing breakfast and she infact stayed in the room she was giving and she not only stayed the night but actually extended her stay for another 3 nights. I just hate it when someone places a negative review when they are lying about everything.She should be ashamed of herself for yelling at the receptionist and for lying about her stay in that hotel. Shame Shame lady.Sorry for making this so long but I stay there and I have not come across anything like she has stated.Thank you”
