“Furniture is affordable delivery and assembly is affordable as well...My issue is the delivery...I was told my Furniture will be delivered Wednesday afternoon...The delivery guys didn't get to my home until midnight...very much late...Delivery driver communication can be better...”

“This place always has the best shoe selection of all the Ross stores I've been to. It's pretty well organized and clean. I've been shopping here since 2011 or 2013. I've bought other stuff too like an ottoman, some art/writing supplies, kitchen cutlery, towels and always found everything in good condition. Great store! ????”
“I went to buy some stuff as well and picked up an online order around 5 p.m. today, 2/23/24, with James’ assistance. James was so genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I find it hard sometimes to interact with strangers, but his friendly demeanor definitely made it such a comfortable interaction for me. Outstanding customer service; letting me know about coupons and how to save much more is definitely such a plus! Also, I am not sure what the reviews are talking about, but I came to a clean, organized store. Perhaps they’ve caught it on a bad day when it was understaffed, but this location is just as awesome as the one in La Habra!”

“Excellent service. My blinds are beautiful and the color blends nicely with my floors. They are remote controlled; A great conversation piece. The price was unexpected. VERY REASONABLE. In fact, I expected the price, for 7 windows, to be a LOT higher. The price was way under my prepared budget. The Designer (owner) is excellent. The installer was also excellent.
