I would leave a review on every platform I possibly can/could for this company. There are no words for how good my experience was with them. We were looking for a very specific product, in a very tight time frame and turn around. Because it was a rush order I probably annoyed the HECK out of them with emails and phone calls just trying to make sure we could get them on time. They were patient, they were kind, they were super responsive. Once we got into the production phase of everything they were so quick, they followed up at the perfect times, they also double and triple checked our work! I can't even say what a rare thing that is. We double check our clients work to look for errors, duplicates etc. but to have someone else also check was just so incredible. Everything came with more than enough time, it was beautiful, the couple was SO SO HAPPY. I am putting Happily Ever Etched on my rock-star vendor list. I hope to get to work with them again in the future - this time with less of a rush time frames :) Seriously from start to finish one of the most professional and easy experiences I have had.

I ordered a set of personalized whiskey glasses as gifts for my groomsmen, recently and received the set in a quick and timely manner, and they looked even better than I'd hoped. There was a small imperfection on one of the glasses and I reached out Happily Ever Etched to see if they might be able to redo it. With no questions asked, they said yes, and in less than a week I had a replacement. They even checked in to ensure I had received the replacement glass.Great value, great work and outstanding customer service! I would recommend Happily Ever Etched to anyone looking for custom glasses, engraving, etc.

What a great gem! I love that they are local and I can pick up the products at their headquarters. I've used HEE+ for birthday gifts, Christmas gifts, wedding party items, and just because gifts. They have a variety of things and you literally can find something for everyone. If you are able to see their headquarters, they gave products on display as samples. Great service and prompt responses!

I have to give 5 stats but if I could I would give more I'm happy with my sign I ordered for my wedding reception with my last name looks perfect. And from start to finish the staff were great and helpful.

Happily Ever Etched creates amazing products. If you are getting married you have to check them out! Best quality and service around. I purchased a cake topper, custom table top sign and etched glasses for the bridal party for my recent wedding. They have so many unique items and they make great gifts, highly recommend!

I have ordered items for pick up and everyone was so friendly. There is an area of display for the items that they carry. You can personalize items online and pick up in store as well. There is a big enough parking lot where you won't have to worry!

I really wanted to love Happily Ever Etched. Their Instagram is darling and the reviews are outstanding and I can't for the life of me understand what went wrong? The email communication for custom orders is incredibly slow. If there's a real person on the other end of the email it seems like they skim through and half read my requests/questions with a generic response. I'm waiting for my items, I just wish I had opt'd for a store that provided better communication.

We needed a gift personalised for our daughter. They lady's working were super helpful. They helped us with what we needed, even though we did not buy the gift there. It was actually a better price and quality then if we went to the place wee bought the gift at. They were really quick about fill the order also. I will definitely be using them for ALL items I need personalised!

I used HEE for a recent wedding and was so happy with their customer service and their beautiful signage. The process for ordering our large wooden hashtag sign was so easy, and they let us pick up the sign from their showroom to save on shipping. The sign was beautifully made with hooks on the back and looked amazing. I highly recommend using them and am so happy I found them!
