This hotel sucks. Currently writing this from the most uncomfortable bed. We are here for a funeral so already not great circumstances. The bed is like sleeping on a rock and the AC doesn't work very well. It's hotter inside right now than it is outside. I cannot sleep on a rock hard bed with no AC when I have to be up early in the morning. I am so disappointed.

About 10 minutes from Disney by car, but it has a good price, it is clean and quiet, it includes breakfast, I would definitely return

Overall I would say this is a place I would stay again and is slightly above average for a Hampton Inn.
As a person who works out and exercises, this hotel has dumbbells that go up to 50lb with a bench to use them on. They also had cable machine & the typical cardio treadmills and they had a Peloton as well. They also have some exercise basis& a few kettlebells
As far as my room goes it was fairly typical but at the same time it was nice and clean. It was well furnished and maintained and had a microwave and a fridge. As far as the bathroom goes, most of the hotels are switching over to these bottles of shampoo and conditioner stuck to the walls. This hotel also had tubs instead of dedicated shower stalls which is not my preference.
The location is pretty decent in that it's pretty close to the freeway and there are other restaurants and stores not too far away so from a location standpoint pretty good.
Breakfast I would say was fairly typical for a Hampton inn with a few hot items and some cold cereal and pastries etc.

Walls are paper thin. Stomping. TVs blasting. If you stay here, don’t expect to get any sleep.
Don’t expect any help from staff or management either.
Noteworthy details: Expect to hear stomping, doors slamming, loud people, loud TVs. Absolutely miserable.

very poor service. tried to call hotel and got some corporate customer care person after waiting 6 minutes on the phone. Hilto poor customer care.

Very clean rooms and service is superb.
Front desk individual's (Carlos) service mentality is great. He really understands Customer Service.
Hotel overall is in great condition and very clean. For us location was perfect.
