Got my hair cut here by Adriana (I believe) and I let her know the style I was going for. She started cutting my hair and I asked to go a bit shorter and she rolled her eyes at me. Additionally, she didn't dry or style my hair or have a conversation with me at all.
I won't be going here again and I'm super disappointed with how I was treated.

Went there with my kid.
No greeting and cold attitude.
First critic my previous hair stylist did a bad job.
Then she spent 3mins hair cut and asked for $22.
I thought the stylist must be skillful or something, but NO!
It’s purely careless.
Once we got home and the water drys out. Kid’s hair front is obviously uneven that I had to cut it myself at home.
Very much regret tipping.
Not recommend.

Place and service is great, the accuracy of haircut requests is noy quiet there. My son ask for a men wolf haircut. No even close! It took months for him to grow the hair to have this hair cut.
Requested style: I request the wolf hairt cut for men!

I've been getting hair cuts all my life, every 2 weeks like clockwork, I've had good, excellent, haircuts and some hair cuts so terrible I had to wear hats or completely shave my head, I've scoured the areas looking for consistent cuts at places where the staff is friendly, place is clean, and appointments can be made with ease. I can say with confidence ever since graduating high school and being able to buy my own hair cuts this place has been the most consistent that have met all of my criteria over the past 15 years. Rarely I've ever had any issues, and if they were to occur, they are quickly addressed. The standard of care at this particular great clips is awesome and it has been upheld throughout these years and for that I'm grateful. I rate this place an A plus, and will be coming back as long as I'm in the area.

I had a pleasant first time experience getting a hair cut at Great Clips in Buena Park. It was reasonably priced and close to home. When I went early morning, there was no wait for walk ins. Perfect for busy Mom like me! Breanna was amazing. She listens to my request, explained well, & checked in with me throughout the process. Couldn't be happier. Will be coming back and happy to refer Breanna.

I told the stylist DO NOT TOUCH THE TOP on my kids hair and she cut the top anyway and we left with him crying the day before school pics. Be careful to make sure they listen.

Think it was 1st time the girl has cut hair had to keep asking for help from another person. Worst hair cut I have ever had at this location. Will make sure she doesn't cut my hair next time.

Ok, I had to put something here. This is the second time it has happened in the past 2 months. I had come here and got the same styles. The first time I gave her a chance, maybe because it was it seemed her first time, she had to get another styles to confirm my cut. So this time I return because o the offer I got and usually I get my cut every month. Is always the same high fade, blen, and cut the top about 2 inch with scissors. But this time she left one side on even that it made me look like I had a longer side at first I was she will get back to it but it seems she just was about to finish me off and show the mirror and I was what about that spot missing, she say it ok no is not even, she seems that I made her mad because of the missing part but rather then get the machine to cut it she uses scissors am wait you are just cutting use the machine to make it even she got even more mad. Please, if you don't enjoy the job, what you do no one is forcing you to work there. But also get mad because I didn't tip am sorry I have to tell you what you miss in the area plus I even show you a picture of the type of hair style I want to make it easy. But she did not take any directions.

I have been using Great Clips services since July 2023. It is a good place for men's and women's salon services. I have only one concern about staff experience. Most of the staff have expertise in haircuts and beard trimming. However, I had a bad experience with one of the new staff members who was not good at her service. So, I would recommend this shop only if you get your hair cut with experienced staff.

I have been looking for a new place for a haircut, and Rosie was fantastic and very helpful when I needed a new shampoo and conditioner.I give it 4 stars due to the ridiculous amount that was listed for a simple style. I will definitely keep coming for the excellent service that I received, but if owners are reading this...please lower that style price. I was only looking for a simple dry, so I didn't catch cold.

Had great experience getting my first haircut there; very nice salon with professional and friendly staff.
Salon's location made it easy to find, and its late hours (closing at 8PM) make it very accommodating for anyone getting off work later in the evening.
I had the chance to meet Breanna there, and she made my visit very smooth and simple while getting my haircut done in no time.
