These guys were pretty sharp, impressed by their knowledge. Definitely liked that someone answered at the phone quickly to schedule an appointment. Our office was 87 and couldn't get anyone to come. These guys scheduled me right away. I hate when I call a place and I need to be transferred a bunch of times. Anyways, awesome service, definitely using FASTECH here on out!Services: HVAC repair

I was very impressed with the communication from both the office personnel and the field HVAC technician. When he arrived at my house he got out little booties to make sure he didn't get my floor dirty and made it a point to vacuum up the area he was working when he was done. My unit needed a special filter that he quickly found and was able to return and replace within an hour or so. I was very happy with them and would recommend to others.

This company's tech came to my site and spent 3 hours to fix an issue with my pump and right after he left the issue was still there. When we called for his to come back they said they have to charge again for travel time and hours for checking it again. If you are using this company know that their techs are not well trained and all they want to do build hours to charge.

I've used this company for years and they are usually fast in their response. They do charge for driving to a site, but so does everyone else who needs service. I've never had a problem with them doing good service and the tech's are pretty nice. I'll keep using them.
