I don't know how people buy in this store, I had to go to 3 stores to change some things I bought every time the VAT was added to the store, they gave me excuses to change the clothes even though I had the labels and the receipt was very bad service ?

In this store we always find very good clothes, sizes range from XS to L, very clean, the place, the empanadas are friendly. The clothing store always has a very good assortment, you can have a great time reviewing all the variety they have.

Can I give less than 1 star?!! When I was about to check on their display the sales clerk said “you can check the clothes after I fixed it” lmao… I am the customer tho that’s potentially planning to buy more than 5 pieces & been shopping multiple times on that store. Different staff back then for sure! Terrible service, unfriendly tired looking staff, & the old Korean lady is rude to the max!!! Wish’em good luck with that kind of service quality. Prices are cheap which is good but I didn’t expect that kind of cheapness with customer service.

I bought a jacket for them and I didn’t use it because it was very small to me when I went to the store to exchange it for me just exchange not return my money the lady didn’t help and she said I want just the receipt for 3-4 times This is not respectful to her ??????????, the store is in a buenapark mall

Dreadful place. Their sizing is way off but they don't allow you to try on. The return policy is the worst I've ever seen, because they only offer exchange or store credit, WHICH EXPIRES IN 60 DAYS!! Don't make the same mistake I did, go anywhere else.

That one low rating review that mentioned about “witchcraft” in these clothes may have be true because just today I’d brought myself a black dressy legging pants & so by the time when I got home, I’d tried it on which it fitted me perfectly however, I wanna say 20 mins later or so right before I was going to hit the shower, my left leg started to itch & kept scratching a bit which I’d did founded it weird how my leg was never itch since work until after I wore those black pants by trying them. I didn’t figured that was it until something reminded me on that one review mentioning about, was right. Never again spending my money on fashion q

I'd give this place a ZERO star if I could. They don't allow you to try on clothes. If you buy they only take exchange no returns. Their policy does not have customers in mind. No thanks Q. Taking my business elsewhere.

The worst management ever. Got a pair of jeans for my daughter, but they were too small (they don't allow you try on clothes in the store). Came back a little less than 4 weeks later, simply wanting the same jeans, just a size bigger, and the manager refused because it was longer than two weeks. I could tell the girl working the counter was embarrassed bc the manager wouldn't budge. Never coming back.
