If I could give this place 0 stars if I could. I walked in with my sister and the place was empty. As we walked around the owner women was staring at us the entire time. She then went to the back to get her husband. I was looking through some mystery keychains, I was going to buy multiple(since they were cheaper then little Tokyo) and I felt eyes on me. The man was right behind me "organizing some socks" and I could feel him staring at me the entire time. I felt uncomfortable and walked out the store. I didn't feel right so I went back to tell them I hope they don't make other potential customers feel uncomfortable. The owner said he looks at every customer the same. He makes sure none of them are taking anything. No one shops with the presumption of stealing, it shouldn't be that way.

They made you show your ID when you pay and force you to sign your real signature on their receipt ( like seriously, the lady upfront literally compare my signature on my id card to the one i signed). Very rude, made me feel super uncomfortable, overall very suspicious. Crazy enough, the next day i got my momey stolen from my bank account. Dont come here if you dont wanted to get your info stolen

i came into the store hoping to buy cute back to school supplies but as i was looking at the items the lady behind the counter starts suspecting me of putting things into my pockets and then as i go to purchase my items ive selected and given her my credit card she starts hassling asking if its my credit card and asking to see my id, i then showed her my id and she still tried saying the card and the id wasnt mine i then had to write my signature, would not come back here very rude owners, made me feel horrible after, would not recommend for people with anxiety looking to get a cute gift.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you are a minority DO NOT SHOP HERE. I came in with my wife to look around a found 3 things I liked. As I went to pay the total was $15.05 and I handed the woman a $20 bill and 5 cents. She spent 5 minutes carefully examining the bill and then asked if I could pay another way and when I told her I was no longer interested in buying the items she quickly changed her mind. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Worst gift shop ever. I bought a plush for my kid on Saturday and it ripped the next day. Y went to exchange it and the so-called owner told me to sew it. Her name is Sara or so .. she was rude with me and with my kid. She has a sign that it says that you can return the merchandise within 7 days and she didn't want to do it. This is a very awful customer service cause I paid for something and I didn't get what I want it. I want to know if somebody know where can I place a complaint to this store.

i'm so surprised at how low all the previous reviews are.. i've been to this place since i was a little kid till now (been many years), but it's still the same - awesome customer service, cute gift items, purses/socks, etc. and the best part is that they sell a lot of BTS items with a reasonable price unlike many other stores. the owners of this place aren't great at english, but they try very hard to understand and help you out. they're one of the sweetest people i've ever met, and it must be so tiring to have to work everyday. i'll probably keep going here to get little gifts and to stay connected with this place.

I've been coming here for over 7 years and I am always able to find presents/gifts! It looks like a toy shop for kids, but it has a lot of items that teens/adults can buy such as Jansport backpacks, Loungefly mini backpacks, backpacks, pouches, gundam, Foko pops, and figurines and posters! They have been selling a lot of BTS items too, such as pillow cases, posters, and socks. They have a lot of cute character socks and mechanical pencils/pens!

My daughter loves it because they finally put in this kpop group named BTS or bangtan sonyeondan and really wants to go back to buy some stuff there.

The prices here are much more reasonable than other places, when you compare some of the plushies this place is sometimes even 10 dollars less than others. The lady who seemed to be the only person in he store was nice, and friendly, she greeted us when we came in. My only problem with them is they don't have as much the other stores, they are much more limited in some plushies and pop figures, but we were still able to buy a pusheen plushie, and 4 pop figures that we love!! Will be coming back for the low prices.

Very cute stationary supplies but the attitude of the Asian lady is disgusting. I'm so repulsed, I don't want to get into detail. Don't ever come to go there, try Tokyo instead.
