Check in was nice and fast and friendly. Room bathroom was a mess. Shower had broken shelf, wall damage, water would not transfer from tub fill to shower head so low water pressure was low! Convenient location to Knott’s is why I gave as good a review as I did . Won’t be back . To expensive

This is one of the worst Experiences I have ever had with a hotel. There Customer Service especially Veronica who works with hotel was so RUDE, she actually hung up on me, when we are trying to figure out why the Hotel is saying we do not have a hotel Reservation for out Resident tonight, when we specifically show a reservation for October 8th to October 30th, Not only do there hotel lines work right now but when given out the number to call Veronica just hangs up on me, great customer Service Fairfield!! We will never use this hotel again! I can't even give them a star.....most pathetic person is Veronica and I will be reporting her to management as well.

Worst hotel experience I’ve had at a Marriott property in a very long time!!! The hotel room started out with a horrible smell in the room and my first thought was what are they trying to cover up that they had to use so much air freshener. The answer is the mildew smell which probably goes from the bathroom. The tub fills with water and doesn’t drain. The shower head has so much hard water build up it sprays the entire bathroom no matter how you point it. The toilet rocks off the floor and barely flushes when you flush. The towels are paper thin and have holes. The bed sheets have holes in them and a falling apart! The fridge looks like it is from the 80s and was falling apart. The ice maker was also broken on our floor. That was just the room now let’s talk about the service!
The check in was nice enough but not complimentary bottles of water which honestly I was surprised. We were asked if we would like our room serviced and we told the staff yes. They indicated rooms are cleaned every other day which was fine except we arrived back to our room after a long second day out on the town to find it untouched by house keeping. We had already striped the beds and put the dirty towels on the floor for them and picked up trash but it would have been nice to come back to a clean room. When we told the front desk she seemed all together un concerned. When we asked for clean linens and towels she said we had to go get them ourselves. It seems to be a trend because we bumped into another couple asking for clean linens for their room that had remained uncleared for 3 days! The staff clearly doesn’t care and clearly don’t take pride in this place…I would not stay here again even if the room was free. If you are considering a stay here save yourself the experience and find another place!

The place is very well located, sadly they have some Houskeeping that does not do their job correctly, I stayed for 4 nights and I went out to ask for room service and they only told me we are over now and they never did it, on the last day I only asked them for towels and they They said I'll take you right now and the towels never arrived.

We came for a Disney trip and this hotel was only 15min from and about 6min from knotts berry farm. The rooms are outdated and the cleanliness is eh……but the service was to notch! The beautiful sweet girls at the desk made our whole trip worth it! Breakfast options are ok. The lady who services breakfast is absolutely sweet and friendly! 10 stars for service!!

Walkability: There is a Korean mall next door as well as restaurants and a target!

9/1/24 Sunday labor day weekend holiday. Very good location. Rooms, bathrooms, swimming pool, gym all were small but clean. Also felt very old looking, not modern but still we enjoyed staying in this hotel. Wish they had a more items in breakfast like hashbrown, turkey sausage, pancakes, croissant, berry muffins, more fruits.

Nearby activities: Right near Knots Berry Farm, near convention center and Disney Land. Also there's a Korean Mall with lots of Korean foods and attractions right across the street.

I had an issue with the management trying to add extra charges to my bank account. If I hadn’t noticed, I would have been overcharged. Watch out for this! Poor and unprofessional managements.

Pretty great hotel with ample parking right next to a sizzler and some Korean places. It was a good experience. I got a big room that had plenty of space to spread out and really enjoyed the few nights I had there.

I stayed at two fairfield locations during my trip in southern california. Interesting enough.Both locations had issues with a sanitary room. The staff were very nice and the location is amazing.The breakfast was perfect and the lobby was beautiful. What I found interesting was that the pool was located outside of the hotel and not connected. I thought.
That was strange. The worst part was that the telephone had food on it and there was dust everywhere.As I mentioned before, this was the second location that I stayed at the other one was in Temecula in which the fairfield marriott had sanitary issues in their rooms. Being that I have a toddler, I normally go through my hotel rooms in sanitize Everything but I didn't do it this time in which I should have.

Service is great. The location was near many things, and the freeway was super closed. BUT. . . . .
THE WALLS ARE NOT INSULATED! You can hear EVERYTHING! And the walls shake too when someone is moving the beds. 1am in the morning and we couldn't sleep. We could hear both next rooms to us. It sounded like they were in the room with us. We heard the people in the hallway, music outside. If you are trying to rest, you will not here.

Outside looks better than inside. Has been renovated, but room door is old, lets all the noise and light in from hallway. Icemachine was next to the room in hallway and noise didnt let me sleep. AC in room was noisy.
