Very accommodating during this unprecedented pandemic and it was convenient to just drop off our documents for his review. Once our tax documents were completed, his staff called us in to review and finalize our tax return with Dr. Ricafranca. We were very satisfied with our results.

Been doing my taxes here for years. Best tax guy I've gone to and highly recommend! Gotta get everything done fast and at the beginning of the year cause they get filled up (schedule wise) quickly.

Okay, the people are nice seem knowable , they did my taxes and promise 9000 dollar's refund and the irs only give us about six thousand.

This tax firm cannot accommodate a simple request from his long time customers to send the customers previous tax documents in an email with a pdf digital format just because the customers did not have his tax filed with this firm-Express Tax Help. That's a bad customer service. Tax client BEWARE. You're only precious to them if they can suck out your money for filing your tax with them, but once you don't file tax with them, then they will not entertain or accommodate you on your simple request because you are no use to them anymore. aside from the long wait from their office for many hours, this firm is not cheap on their charges.

Brother has been going to Romy for 15 years . Now he is told that their are NO available appointments and that for LOYAL customers your taxes will be done via email. This is great for those who are able to submit all documents via email, but for those that are needing corrections to previous taxes that Romy did, I would think that he could at least make some kind of exception. Instead my brother has been ignored. You have no sense of what loyalty is!!

This place is one of the best places to go File your taxes at. My parents have been going there for about 15 years now. At first I hesitated to go since it was a far drive for me from were I currently live but it's worth the drive. After constantly going to other places and not receiving anything back or even paying a lot to file for my taxes I ended up going to Express tax and received money back and paid a very decent amount to file my taxes. Totally recommend. The only thing I honestly just dislike is that the waiting time Is very bad! But they do take appointments so I suggest to call ahead of time

I am conflicted about Express Tax Help because, on the real, you get more $$$ with their itemizing God-given talents but at the cost of your sanity sitting in the waiting room allllllll day (or afternoon/evening), depending on when your appointment is. It can be brutal waiting all day, in the off-life-green waiting room with the small television. Folks sleep on the couches, napping in between meals consumed while waiting. By the time you turn 100 years old, you get called in, and that's when the magic calculations happen. They are good at what they do, I give them that. So really, their tax refund results are really what get all of us suckers to come back to endure this agony year after year. Pro tip: bring homework, a book to read, snacks, water, and a rosary to pray while you wait. It might be a couple of hours until you get seen. But, just know they will do what they can to maximize your return, arguably more than an aggregated Turbo Tax effort.

yea it's not the fastest wait time, but the rewards (before the 2018 tax season and the changes to the tax code) were definitely worth it. 2018 was a nightmare because of all the changes to the tax code. I have been happy with the results and have been going here for years.
