First heard of them through a coworker who had their surgical caps from them. Bought a black surgical cap and black, coral, and mint masks. products are all good quality. Had a minor problem where they sent the coral and mint headbands instead of the masks and were quick to correct the issue. Didn't even have to send back the headbands back.

Website says orders processed in 5 days. 10 days have passed and the order is not fulfilled. My credit card has been charged. They’ve been paid. No communication from Equipe. Called during business hours and no one answers. Sent email. I paid for something that isn’t received. Disappointing given how highly recommended they were by an ICU nurse colleague. After posting a review, I did finally receive confirmation that the order will be processed and is delayed due to multiple orders. It would have been helpful to receive communication in advance or if the website posted that processing of orders is delayed due to volume of order.

I absolutely love my cap, will be ordering more. Suffice it to say I take pressure injuries more seriously and this provides a great barrier for my respirator helmet’s pressure points. I work in the covid icu in NC and I’ve used a ton of caps, yours are by far my favorite...next to the Star Trek cap my mom made me ?

I work in an Emergency Dept in Los Angeles county. With the mask shortage and new CDC guidelines that allow us to reuse our disposable N95 masks until soiled, I was looking to find ways to possibly extend the life of my mask and also keep it somewhat sanitary for its next use. Equipe Athletics reached out and generously donated 50 mask covers for myself and my coworkers. They are made out of an athletic fleece material with ties to easily adjust to fit any face and accommodates a variety of N95 models. They are also great to use by itself for running errands. Compared to many other companies, their price per unit is quite affordable. This company decided to shift their business from producing athletic apparel to making masks to help with the demand to aid in the Covid fight.

Placed my order over 7 days ago And I’ve yet to receive my cap- they haven’t even shipped it. When placing the orders there should be something saying you guys are behind or it will take longer than usual, just to give customers a heads up.
