Pharmacy staff is beyond RUDE!!! The pharmacy is the most incompetently run operation I have ever encountered. I've been coming here for months and I've been treated rudely every time I go pick up my monthly medications for me and my family. The staff truly goes out of their way to not help people. Beyond disappointed and disgusted with how downhill this place has gone.

I wish I can give no star at all!!! I was d*** and I failed to double check the box of 20 of N95 masks. The lady told me it will be $8 a piece for N95 for the highest protection and I asked for the Korean version K94 and she showed me for $6.xx I was debating and the lady kept telling me the best protection is N95 and don't buy the Korean masks. I listened to her and she quickly showed me the box and asked for money for $160 = 20 x $8 and told me I cannot return it. I paid and walked away, and by the time I got home to finally really read into the box, I realized it's only for sanding and grinding purposes. Not the medical grade. I trusted them since they're a pharmacy with "pharmacists" and didn't think they would be this shady and sell N95 for sanding purpose instead of medical protection. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM please!!!! And again yes I should've checked really carefully before I paid $160 but I was rushed out and trusted them too much. Report them!!! They're shady business with absolutely no ethic at all.

Shady business ! Order 10 box of mask from this place, they charged me 15 dollars for a pack of 5. When they receive the mask they told me the price is 30 dollars now ! And asked if I still want it ! If not they have a lot of customer who is waiting ! Greedy POS , with no choice I asked for a refund ....

This pharmacy is the best. The staffs are very kind, store is well managed, and fast service. and most importantly- the staffs are well-informed and will go out of their ways to provide the cheapest and best service. I am currently taking a tranquilizer that costs over $1000 per month, but thanks to Janice and other staff's cooperative work, I am taking it for free. Not only that, but I am taking three other medicines that costs at least 300 per month for free because Janice told me about preauthorization, which is decision by your health insurer or plan that a healthcare service is necessary, so they give it to you for free. The thing is I never asked to get the preauthorization, but they informed me about it and put extra time and effort to get it passed by my insurance provider so I can get the medicine for free of charge. No other pharmacy would do extra work just for the benefit of the consumer. The staffs are super nice and Janice is awesome! The best service I ever received from anywhere.

My husband and I live close to Earth Village, therefore, convenient to utilize this pharmacy. I have to say, the pharmacists were kind and greeted me with a smile. I recently bought nyquil (day and night 48 caplets) for $20, they gave me a discount from $25.99. I was happy because I received a discount even though I didn't ask for it. But, I found the same exact medicine on amazon for $13.00 (no discount). Previously, my husband bought a prescribed cream that was not covered by insurance for $145.00. They told him original price was $175.00 and that he was getting a great discounted price for $145.00. I recently found out the prescribed cream was sold at another pharmacy for half the price. This pharmacy needs to stop pretending they are giving customers a discount, when, even with the discounted price, its much higher than what it should be. I am writing this review as a warning so customers don't get ripped off. I suggest you do your research prior to purchase at this pharmacy.
