Every time I go to this CVS on Valley View in Buena Park, the cashier Christine is so helpful. She patiently helps with finding things and with using the self check-out.

I just called to try to book an appointment for a TB test. The woman I spoke to was very rude and would not give me a chance to explain that their location does not pop up. She just continued to say that means that nothing is available but would not let me finish to explain that I had not even put a date in yet. Therefore, the system would not know which day I was trying to even book. When searching for a CVS near me on the website that location did not pop up. I have booked appointments through minute clinic in the past so I understand how it works when there is no appointments available. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or what but her interpersonal skills need some work. I work in health care with children and need TB tests yearly. I will not be returning to this location and I will be letting my coworkers know to go somewhere else as well.

My baby’s heart medication was supposed to be ready by 6 with a confirmation text sent when ready. When we didn’t hear from the pharmacy, we decided to just go at 7:30 before they closed. It was not until then that they shared with us they did not have it in stock to fill. I’m still trying to figure how you do not notify someone that their baby’s heart medication isn’t available at your location. We had all day to figure something else out and call other pharmacies, but they knew it wasn’t there and they said nothing putting my baby in danger. I’m appalled.

I made an appointment ahead of time for a test at the Minute Clinic inside CVS. I was not told about price, so I asked to the medical assistant NICOLE LAGUNA and she was so rude to me refusing to give me information and closed the door on my face. Then I tried to complain to an Asian lady who looked like her boss and she did the same. I didn't get my test done and of course WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION

I am so impressed with this urgent care clinic I cannot say enough positive things about it. I have taken my elderly mother here 3 times in the last 2 weeks and each visit she was handled with care and professionalism. We have been to this clinic for treatment of Covid, wound care, UTI, and ear wax removal. Each visit I got an appointment on the same day and she was treated. I have been so impressed with the staff and the quality of service my mom has experienced at this facility.

Had to pick up a prescription and was fulfilled with necessary items missing and incorrect contents. When I went to get those fulfilled I was asked by the main pharmacist that I might have to wait 2 hours. Therefore I switched my pharmacy to Costco, better service and knowledgeable pharmacists.

Diane an employee at CVS is very rude. She use to speak to me and she stopped. She's been eyeing my husband and she speaks to him at all times. I've never seen anyone so rude as her. She sees me in line and will not wait on me at the front register. Robert the manager is very rude as well. He has no customer service. Poor attendents
