Excellent service. My blinds are beautiful and the color blends nicely with my floors. They are remote controlled; A great conversation piece. The price was unexpected. VERY REASONABLE. In fact, I expected the price, for 7 windows, to be a LOT higher. The price was way under my prepared budget. The Designer (owner) is excellent. The installer was also excellent. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you, Salman.

Rai at Creative Window Coverings is the epitome of a quality service/product at a good price. Rai was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and provided a quote for three windows and two sliding glass doors at an astonishing price. Rai's installer was punctual and precise, he completed the entire installation in about 2 hours and made sure to tidy-up as he moved from room to room. Looking forward to working with Rai and Creative Window Coverings again soon.

Rai was able to take my "idea" pictures and turn them into exactly what I had in mind. He also provided a perfect suggestion for the window that had me stumped. It's obvious that he has years of experience and can easily translate your ideas to a gorgeous end product. He was very professional and I felt he provided an honest straight-forward quote. We've had our window treatments for over a year and couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend Rai with Creative Window Coverings and plan to use Rai for future window needs.

After several other appointments with other companies, we met with Rai and after our appointment, we had no question in our minds that he had earned our business. Rai was on time, very friendly and professional, and it was very apparent that he is a truly organized, thorough, and honest business owner. He listened very closely to our needs and did not pressure us or try to up-sell us in any way. Rai truly wants what's best for his customers. The product selection was extensive and all the materials were of high quality. We placed our order and our beautiful new shutters arrived several weeks earlier than expected. Ray and Tony arrived on time for installation and got to work right away. They were courteous, fast, clean and lovely to work with. Our shutters were up and perfectly installed in about 2 hours. We couldn't be happier with every aspect of our experience with Creative Window Coverings. They were top notch from start to finish. Should we ever need additional window coverings, Rai will be my first call. I would happily recommend him to family and friends. Creative Window Coverings is the best of the best!!!

This is our 2nd time around using Creative Window Coverings this year. We had such a great experience in January with Rai and his installation crew that we hired them again to furnish the same cordless blinds for another rental property. These blinds are so clean and simple and so easy to care for and to use without all of the tangled mess that comes with blinds that aren't cordless. Rai made the process so easy and the cost was very reasonable. He's quick to respond and gets right down to business. He found time right away for us... he showed up on time both times to take the measurements himself and give us the quote right there on the spot. There were no mistakes or unexpected mishaps. Everything went smoothly! If anything goes wrong with the blinds, he backs his work up 100% too! I highly recommend this company if you're in need of any type of window coverings... They have it all!

My wife and I recently replaced older blinds in all four of our bedrooms with beautiful Norman Woodlore shutters. We started by calling Rai at Creative Window Coverings, and within two days, he came to the house to present our product options, take measurements, and provide a quotation. We had done our research, and were pretty confident in what we were looking for, but Rai clearly described the various options we needed to consider (i.e. number of panels, blade size, color, shutter composition, frame, etc.) before placing the order. I did not obtain competitive quotes, as I was so impressed with Rai and his company, and recognized the number he quoted was less than I was anticipating for four bedroom windows. The shutters were completed and installed in under the six week timeframe Rai had estimated. Regarding the installation, it went off without a hitch. The installers were on time, professional and efficient. They were finished in about 90 minutes, and left the bedrooms spotless. We absolutely LOVE our new shutters!!! Ray and his team did an amazing job! They came to our house to give us a quote and once we confirmed, it took about 6-8 weeks to order. Once our shutters came in, they came back and installed everything within 1 hour. The shutters changed the entire look of our home and I couldn't have been happier. Thank you!

First of all I appreciate someone who calls me back promptly and Rai did the very same day. I booked an appt for him to come to my house on 2/6/23 and again very punctual. Rai had many sample books for me to look at. I was replacing the pinch pleader curtains and sheets in my front room and replacing blinds in the other room. Very courteous and helpful; at one point I liked at a beige and Rai said it would look too pink, so we went thru more samples. I never felt rushed. I did book a job and he only required 1/2 down. Then in just a couple of weeks Rai contacted me for delivery and installation. 2/22 a wonderful man and his wife came and installed. Now that's the final stars, as they were thorough, even dusting off the window sills and removing all the old drapes and hardware. I'm am super pleased with the whole process.

I love my blinds! This was a great company to work with, price was cheaper than others, I highly recommend! Rai came to my home to give a quote. We were just about to move in and had new carpet and are not wearing shoes on it. Rai came dressed professionally and I wasnt about to ask him to take off his shoes. However he noticed I took mine off and took his off without me asking. Little things like that speak a lot to the character and respect of a person. The people who installed were very nice, quick, and did a great job! 10 stars!
