Worst service and product. Don't buy anything unless you want to get a bidet that has someone's pee on it. they sent me the used & damaged bidet. The customer support was horrible. Slow response & rude attitude. Don't buy, avoid if you can unless you want to waste your money and time.

I have regrettably been a customer of Coway since 2011 for their water filter machine. This was back when you had the option to eventually pay off to own the machine. When we finally paid off and owned the machine, one of their customer reps tricked us into upgrading to the newer machine saying that we can do the same thing so they took back our machine that we owned and traded it in for the new one. Once our new contract finally ended after 3yrs, we tried to cancel (which they will make it very difficult for you to) and said they will take the machine back. We were surprised by this news as we were misled and told the wrong information. I called customer service and explained to them that it was a mistake in their behalf for advertising false information. They did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue, saying oh well the representative must've been new. They gave the absolute worst customer service, saying theres nothing they can do and okay with losing a customer of over 13yrs. We wasted nearly 10K on a company that finds tricky ways to drain your money and get you locked into a contract. Do not sign a contract with them.

I had a bidet that was defective, so I claimed to replace and coway promised to do so but took 18 months to reply they don't have the same product so collect the product from me and turned me over to collection for reason. DO NOT RENT ANY THING FEOM HERE. I AM SERIOUS.

Never change the water filter on time. Some time skip the service. Call the customer service and no one can help. Low quality product bad service

Like many other reviews, Do not sign a contract with them, cancelation fee is outrageous. 60% of the left service payment.

I have two coway products. I got the under the sink water filter a couple years ago, paid full for the whole product ($700 something), got 1 year free filters and now I pay $20 a month for the filter upkeep. The machine is $25 dollars a month to rent... take my advice, if you want the under the sink filter that sprouts out into your sink, just rent it. It isn't worth paying and being responsible for the machine or the damages it creates if something happens to it. I also got over-the-counter water (hot, cold, room temp) dispenser this year, honestly, I can't remember the price, but rented that one for three years as well. The sales person for both machines were different. They are both pretty nice, but they are only responsible for getting your contract. The upkeep and customer service has nothing to do with them and they will just give you the CS number because they really don't want to get involved. I have gripe with the customer service representative, I get her EVERY time I call and she is RUDE AF. The technician that installed my over the counter literally got the line to go on top of my dishwasher and when we realized the machine was broken, the Bosch guy would not touch the line that was for the filter system because he had no idea what it was and didn't want to reliable for any damages touching it. So he left without taking our dishwasher. So I called to get this thing figured out. She said it was $50 to uninstall and then call back and pay $50 after the dishwasher was fixed. So I asked her, okay, can you just explain to me how to do this and I will do it myself (myself meaning my husband). She said, "If the dishwasher technician couldn't do it, what makes you think you can?" So I said, "So you want me to pay $100 for the way your technician conveniently installed the machine?" And she said "Then you should have told him not to install it that way." This is my first over the counter machine, how would I have foreseen this? He went OVER the dishwasher and the line is so tight we can't even loosen it a little to just slip the dishwasher out from over the line. So then she blamed it was the way my kitchen was designed and I mentioned that you can't install something that obstructs another machine to properly work especially when I have a 3 year lease and she said rarely does a dishwasher break in three years. Not once did she ever acknowledge my frustration or TRY to even help my situation. All she said was the policy and then blame my kitchen or my appliance for this mishap. Even if you can't do anything about the charges, if she could've at least acknowledged my frustration or the shock of the charges instead of belittling me and my kitchen. So I asked to speak with someone else (because I really just wanted to know how to do it ourselves) and she said she was the only rep and no one else could help me. So they have over hundreds of reps to get you hooked into a contract and then you have this ONE rude, sarcastic (literally a B) to help you for after service... REALLY???

I've been using this company for the water filter system and air filter system and never had a problem until now. I upgraded to a nicer water filter system and a week into using it, the water started to taste and smell like metal. I've filed complaints multiple times and every time their solution was to send a technician to test the water. The first two techs didn't use the tool to measure the purity of the water and only tasted it for themselves. The first tech said it tasted funny and just changed the filter. The following three techs then continued to brush off the issue and said our taste buds might just be off. The last tech that came to test the water then started telling us that we should just ignore the taste because he can't taste the metal. If he had covid and lost his sense of taste and smell how would any of those techs be reliable? Customer service and the supervisors in customer service also are no help and say they can't offer me any solutions unless the water purity measuring tool shows otherwise.

By far the worst technicians in the world! They don't know what they are doing. They can't fix a machine and blame the owners and state it's our responsibility to fix a machine but will want to charge us for coming out to fix a water machine under warranty. Might as well be drinking tap water considering how bad their service is

Their customer service is really bad. They don't even give gifts as promotions until a few months later. Employees pass responsibility on to each other. Don't regret choosing Coway and choose a product from another company. They never solve a problem with the service and ignore it and pretend not to know. It's true. My writing here is only 10 percent of the disadvantages I've experienced. You will be very angry and tired because they keep breaking their promises.

Possibly one of, if not, the WORST water filter company's I have ever been recommended to use in my home. The staff love to charge you for every little thing. DO NOT sign a contract and be fooled by a discount to join. I was one of those who foolishly accepted their terms and conditions and when I abruptly was made redundant the cost of severing this agreement was over $600; no exception, no compassion and zero understanding. My only option to not pay this fee was to find someone to take this contract on BUT I would still need to pay a $50 service fee to have a member of COWAY to dismantle the water filter from my apartment. They had nowhere to store it until in needed to be put into that next person's home. COWAY USA - NEVER AGAIN
