Nicely located hotel in a very quiet area and close to some restaurants. There are only two floors with a pool. Friendly and helpful staff. This hotel meets all the BonVoy member requirements well. Thank you for a quiet and comfortable stay.

This has been one of the worst hotel stays that I have ever experienced. Loud guests outside of my door, making it hard to sleep or relax. I was on the first floor and had people above me who were stomping around and loud! Didn't think about the traffic off of Beach Blvd when I booked, but it was horrible, especially dealing with Knotts Scary Farm traffic. If you're looking to go somewhere during the evening while this event is going on... good luck! The only good thing were the two kind and helpful women who were at the front desk...I would not stay here again...unfortunately.

The staff were friendly and amazing. However, the walls are very thin and everything sounds like it's in your room. Woke up to the sound of someone throwing up all morning to then it sounded like they then proceeded to argue with someone. Room conversations can be heard in the hall.
Location: it does have an amazing location. It is across the street from Medieval Times, Pirates Ahoy, and within walking distance of Knott's.
It is modern and very stylish. However, with the walls being that thin ruin whatever relaxation/sleep you would get. I used this location to get some sleep after coming back from Haunt/Scary Farm. Was woken up multiple times from vomiting and hall conversations. Would only recommend if your looking for a hotel near those attractions.

Reminding myself to not book here again. The room smells weird, floors are dirty. Service subpar with no greeting or proper instructions from the front desk staff other than handed out a sheet of paper. I dont expect much, but at least never been to the hotel that front staff didnt even acknowledge your presence. You have to say hi first to them to get some recognition
Besides all other subpar experience, we were also disappointed in that we didnt receive any perks of being a titanium member. At all other marriott properties, we have consistently received at least $10 dollar credit or points, or free breakfast on all. No free breakfast, no credit, no welcome. Would not return here.

great hotel! the location was prime for us as we spent the day at knotts berry farm and it was a quick drive down the road. good area with options around for food and drinks. the bistro offered great service. beds were comfortable and room was clean. all the staff members were encountered were very friendly. only complaint is that on the app it was advertised an airport shuttle option was available but when i called they said it was no longer in service.
Rooms: comfortable beds, good size.
Nearby activities: knotts berry farm and disneyland
Food and drinks: great alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options and a small food menu

We chose this hotel mainly for (1) confidence in the Courtyard brand due to many previous experiences in different locales and (2) proximity to our relative’s home in Anaheim.
As expected, the room was clean and functional. Not glamorous, but decent.
We chose the prepay/breakfast-included option. The breakfast menu and food quality were surprisingly good. We had expected the typical breakfast buffet but we pleased to find multiple
options available with freshly-prepared offerings.
The staff was friendly; no issues at all.
The location was on Beach Blvd (not known for high-quality establishments) was close to Knott’s Berry Farm and so was actually in a pretty nice area.
It’s across the street from Porto’s Bakery — if you haven’t been there, you need to go. :-)

I would normally rate a Marriott Courtyard a 5* but this time I’m truly shocked at my experience. I checked into my room and went to sleep for the night I kept waking up cause I felt something crawling on me but couldn’t find anything when I’d turn on the light. Finally at 3 AM I’m awakened again to turn on the light to find a reddish brown bug running off my pillow turns out it’s a BedBug. It bit me in 3 places. My understanding of this bug is it’s disgusting and harbors diseases. They need to fumigate, other than that I enjoyed my time there. I’m a travel agent and it happened to me and I went back to sleep to find another bug in my ear.
Rooms: The rooms are very nice, the beds comfy as well.

I only stay here for the location but I'd rather drive next time.
It smells weird, which I would have ignored. The walls are paper thin, I called the front desk at 1130pm and asked them to ask my neighbors to be quiet. They never did. But they did show up to bring them another blanket.
Worst of all, the wall to a glass container in the cafe isn't attached properly, it fell on my 4 year old and the cashier didn't seem to care, just told me to put it back up. It's probably happened before and they don't seem to care to fix it.

This might be more attributed to Google, but having to make a u turn to the property is death defying. The check-in staff was professional, just a bit too checked out. The room keys work when they want to, making one feel we might be on an episode of Punked. Overall, it's a good experience but nothing wows you here.
Walkability: There is. Rock in Brews within .02 miles, so that's a plus.
