This is the best and most affordable auto body shops in Cerritos and Buena Park. I had a minor car accident where my bumper had cosmetic damages and needed it to be replaced. I searched each and every single body shop in Cerritos and Buena Park area for a quote and by far this is the cheapest one. They tell you what it is and how it costs, it saved nearly $400-800 of unnecessary charges and fees like what other collision centers do (I'm talking about Caliber Collision, Crash Empire, Cerritos Collision, etc) Choose this if you want to save hundreds of dollars and get the best service. My car looks exactly like how I bought it. Also, they provide lifetime warranty and cleaned the interior and exterior of my car + polished wheels! It took 5 business days for them to finish but that's fine because the cost and quality and service is worth it!

A very trustworthy & professional shop! I had found out about Collision 2000 through my insurance, and was very pleased that they are in-network. They took care of my car body's repair with thorough work & inspection. My car looks like new, all the way down to the paint job! Also, I replaced my starter with them for a 2nd trip. They ordered a genuine part, and had my car ready in a day & a half. Highly recommend due to the great people at this shop. I'll for sure trust them with any future car needs!

On the AAA approved list of businesses, they provide top notch service, great quality, and are reasonably priced. I got 3 additional estimates from other businesses and they gave me the best deal. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They inspected the vehicle with me, detailed the plan, and was completed on schedule, as promised! They even detailed my car before returning it back. It looked brand new! Definitely brighter and whiter lol. I highly recommend!

This repair shop did an amazing job with my car. It was like I had a brand new car. Excellent repair and paint job. And the icing on the cake is that they provide a lifetime warranty on their repair work and paint job. Thank you again Collision 2000.

My car needed body repair after it got into an accident. They thoroughly inspected my car when I brought her in. Then gave an estimate. It took them about a week to two weeks to repair but once they finished the job my car was as good as new! They even detailed cleaned my vehicle inside and out. Great service and friendly staff.

This was one of the places that the insurance company recommended. I read the reviews and looked at pictures of their work and ended up going with them. I was a bit skeptical when I got to the shop because it didn't look organized at all. Their office is small and looked cluttered. But as my parents used to say, don't judge a book by it's cover. The gentleman looked over my car and identified what repairs they will be doing. He told me that it will be done at a certain date stating that as long as they can get all the parts needed. He told me that he will call me in a couple of days for an update. Sure enough, 2 days later he called saying that they have all the parts and work has started. I called the day before the deadline he gave me and asked for an update. The shop told me it will be done as promised and would call me back for pickup when it's ready. I got the call the next day saying it was ready for pickup. When I got there a gentleman showed me my brand new looking car, all CLEAN. After filling out some paperwork, the lady gave me the warranty and off I went. Very simple process. They handled all the paperwork with the insurance company. The work they did was excellent. So far so good after 2 weeks. Thank you Collision 2000!!

I was recently in a hit& run and needed repairs on my car. My insurance company submitted me a list of autobody shops that I can take my car to. and I came across collision 2000 auto body shop took my car in for a quote and decided to leave them my car for repairs. The staff is very nice and attentive and explains everything with detail after going to pick up my car. I could've been more happy. My car looks brand new. They did such a wonderful job I would like to thank the team for providing such great service highly recommend

Be careful people. Make sure to check your gas before you sign off. I signed off and then had to go back. I left the car there to be fixed with a alm tank full Of gas. When I seen It after signing my gas tank was at 1/2 and because I seen this after the fact was told, there's nothing they can do about it. THEY CLEARLY HAVE A GAS THEIF WORKING THERE!! Not happy at all.

The receptionist is incredibly rude & condescending on the phone and in person. Not only that but they inspector touched me when passing by , I did give him more than enough room by leaning into the desk and he still touched my bottom . I immediately left and did not leave my car .

i was involved in a minor hit and run and collision 2000 was one of the places accepted by my statefarm insurance. i picked them based off of their great reviews and they did not disappoint! miguel was so helpful and really assured me that my car was going to be taken care of. the date my car was finished i actually had to go into surgery so i left my boyfriend's contact info with him and when he went to pick up the car, miguel gave him the full run down on what was fixed, the warranty, factory parts and they even cleaned my car! 10/10 recommend :)

My genesis was recently rear ended by someone these guys brought my baby back to life. Looked like my car was never in an accident. They detailed my car and made it beautiful. The guys were great and so funny. I recommend this place if you guys need body repair.
