I had an atm issue at another branch. When I can to this branch. Aurelia Anguis stepped up and took the time to get it handled. At one point she was calling the atm company on one phone. She then called the branch manager of the other branch on her cell phone. It took her over an hour on the phone, but she refused to give up till I was taken care of. I wish I could give her 20 stars.

worst bank in the history of banks. If u have other options please pursue those. I have been with chase for 3 years. I recently deposited a check for 3,000. They put a 10 day hold on it... that is truly unacceptable under any circumstance. Not just this branch but chase bank as a whole. I have had so many different issues with Chase. Wells Fargo is a much better choice

Terrible customer service by one of the tellers. Rude and unprofessional. She said she was a supervisor, but I doubt it. She should go work for Taco Bell.

They didn't give the right amount of money when I went in to cash out my check. I never had a problem with them before. This is the 1st. I'm missing just 1 bill of $20. I'm devastated. I don't know what to do. The lady was probably not paying attention because she was talking to a co-worker of hers.

I was at the branch at valley view & ball earlier and the reps there had no one in the branch and wanted to make me an appointment for the next day to do a 5 minute compromise/account number change. I drove up to this branch and Edgar did it in less than 5 minutes. Staff is fast and helpful. Will be going to them for any additional help.

I've been here three times trying to open myself an account and each time I'm turned away, the most recent being because they said I did not schedule an appointment, even though I got the email saying I scheduled the appointment. I also haven't been able to open an online account and when I asked in person why, the receptionist responded "Its just like that". As a college student the only available times open during the week aren't accommodating as I'm in class all day and having to wait until next weekend to open my account means I'm not able to receive my financial aid from the school, meaning I have no resources or supplies able to be successful. I've been trying to open my account since the summer. A special thank you to the unhelpful employees who offered me not one solution as to what can be done in regards to the online account or why I was being turned away.

I was here at 05/25/2023 15:54. Not recommend people who have money deposit the employees her name is Marial, when she count money she not show me the machine how much I was deposit and she was rude to me when I fold money and give for her

Unprofessional people working at this branch that’s why no body like to banking with them even Branch Manager is so rude and unprofessional she is asking her customers not come back to this location

Felicia was so helpful and so nice. I had to cash out a lot of savings bonds and I knew it was gonna be a long process, and she was so patient and was ready to take on the lengthy process. I just want to thank her for taking the time to help me out.

Clean respectful service and a good place for checking and/or savings accounts. Also has an Amazon pick-up lockers in front lobby of the bank!

Came in to open a new checking account. I have a grandfather plan that was pretty good. Rep tried to upsell me a new plan. I told him I wasn’t interested and he changed my account anyway. Highly scammy location. As a result, I’m changing my account to credit union.
