My car looked better than when I dropped it off. They did an amazing job!! No trace of where the damage was. The girls in the front office were very polite and professional. The communication with my insurance was consistent, and I was notified of the status of my car as the repairs progressed. Having an accident is stressful enough, so it was comforting to know I didn't have to worry about my car. I highly recommend this body shop!!!

Recently got into a major accident in my new BMW and was referred to Certified Auto by my dealership. Great customer service, Great communication through the whole process and used all original parts from BMW. Got my car back looking better than the day I bought it. Highly recommend this shop!

People at Certified auto are AMAZING!!!!They follow trough every week and kept me informed how far in process of repairing my car we are.They were apologizing every time because lot of my parts were on back order.On the end they did great job.My car looks better than new!If anyone need car body work it is best place to go!

if I could give no stars I would!!! Tony Gomez ghosted me after several weeks of calling to find out about my car!!! Tony Gomez is a SCANMER and a thief!!!! he got my information without my consent and my knowledg!!! He kept my car and he pretended to be from Statefarm insurance he is fraud!!! His receptionlist Lis was no help!!!! i got in car accident in Riverside and don't know how my car ended up in Buena Park!!!!! Total Scamme I will have my lawyer go after you Tony!!!!!

This place is an absolute scam. After my accident they somehow stole my information and stole my car from the tow yard took it to this location and tried saying that they were part of my insurance which was a lie. They confirmed they had my car and tried charging to get my car out. These people are thieves and should not be in business. Watch out for these people! I did a police report on them stealing my car then they called my insurance apologizing saying it was a mix up. I will be checking my car for missing parts or items which I'm sure thats what they were doing. I hired a lawyer and I will make sure that this business and Tony will pay for what they are doing and the scummy business they try and run. I have enough evidence, recorded conversations, and proof of what kind of people you are and I won't stop until you guys are recognized for who you truly are.

Just days before Thanksgiving, my 87-year-old mother was recently a victim of a crime where the assailants followed her from Chase bank to PetCo, broke into her car through the passenger window & stole the money she withdrew while she was in the store.Certified Auto took care of the multiple damages made to the exterior & interior of her vehicle. They got the car looking as if nothing ever happened.Thankfully she was physically unharmed. She is slowly back to feeling confident & the pristine condition of her car has a lot to do with this S establishment.Our family is incredibly grateful to Certified Auto.Service: Body & Trim

I went to a different auto shop and got refused to fix just a minor thing in my car. And then I went to a car dealership and got referred to this auto shop. Their customer service was great and got my car fixed in no time. My car looks really great and I'm definitely trusting them and will be coming back if I'll ever need anything fixed in my car in the future

This was such an amazing place to go. Tony was very professional and went above and beyond. Someone hit my car and well I needed a new bumper and what not he fixed that and and gave me a new exhaust and I mentioned to him some scratches on my car from the past. He actually fixed that too for me at no cost to me or the insurance. He’s amazing, he didn’t have to do that. He also responded to all my calls and text messages and was thorough with everything he did. I couldn’t be any happier. I will definitely go to him for everything or anything my car needs in terms of body work and what not. He treated me like family like a friend not just another number or another client. I felt taken care of and that also shined through with how awesome my car looked. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and there office is nice and airy and has AC.Services: Exhaust
