After 2 days of driving to Santa Ana and all over for a washer , I called California Appliance Sales and Repair. We searched all over for a good older model washer with a agitator. Luckily, from the moment I called ,to when I walked through their front doors. I was impressed with their exceptional customer service. I highly recommend California Appliance Sales and Repair.

Outstanding service and truthful about the quality of machine they repaired for us. Told me it was a fine machine, but if I did not want to spend the money to repair it, they had a fine used Speed Queen for a reasonable price, but assured me that the machine they repaired was worth the price of repair. I chose to keep our machine. Let's see how long this old machine lasts.....I might want that old Speed Queen!

I had great experience with JR they had reasonable prices on the stove and the refrigerators I got lucky on a brand new stove Home Depot wanted 567 out the door including installation fees and hauling fees but this was worth it I recommend it

SCAM! I was referred to this company by Fidelity Home Warranty (do not use them either). They sent out a repair man who said my washer needed two parts, the compny would order and he would come back. After waiting a full week, the company said that all he put in his notes was that the dryer vent needed to be cleaned by an outside company. Although I was polite, they refused to let me speak to a supervisor. You will regret it if yiu use this company or home warranty.

I really love this place. Last week I got a new washer machine and Junior came the same day that I purchased it to my place, installed it and hauled away my old washer machine. The job was done professionally. He left everything nicely clean and working properly. I’d definitely do business with them again.

Top notch outfit. Fernando, the installer, is a true pro. Dasia in the office, likewise. Gets right back to you. Very communicative, pleasant, efficient. We had to have our refrigerator replaced and the whole operation went smoothly, quickly and without a hitch. Highly recommend them.
