Really want to thank Morgan at Cali Raised Offroad. I had rushed buying into tires and wheels on my 23 Tundra and I wanted to keep the 18's but add new tires. I also needed to have my grill swapped, spacer lift for new tires as well as airbags for towing. Morgan took a lot of his time and patience and made sure he thoroughly understood what my needs were and even recommended spending less until I knew for sure what my long term game plan was. Although my truck primarily resides in Idaho or Oregon- I will only bring my truck to these guys from here on out. Thanks Morgan!!!

Keanu and the whole staff at Cali Raised Off- Road were very professional and courteous. They took care of my vehicle quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy and extremely satisfied with there work. I do recommend them to anybody interested in needing work done to there vehicle. Thank you again Keanu.

These guys are the great! They are efficient at their job and give a welcoming environment. Morgan is the best! He’s very skilled at what he does, and is very professional. He will do anything to make sure you are satisfied.

Excellent customer service! Friendly staff with good knowledge and experience. These guys know what's up and aren't pushy or up sales kind of guys. I always go here for my 4x4 needs.

It's rather weird place to visit.There were three tuff men sitting high up in their desks seems like saying "I am not willing to help or I don't want to sell you". I do not understand how they get 4+star reviews. I visited this place knowing that they have the horrible customer service. I don't want to mention the customer service person but this person NEVER returns my call after I purchased and ordered my stuffs. I had to drive back to them after I left several messages. I ended up canceling my order after two days because I couldn't get the information of the products I ordered. There was another not too kind person told me that there will be 15% restocking fee which was ridiculous. How could he saying it without checking the order?? The order wasn't even processed. I ended up getting the total amount back after I was already upset for their customer services. I support the local business but they definitely deserve 1 star from the local. Why don't they stay out of business. Maybe they are all trained to be don't care?

Ordered a light kit for my motorcycle.January 10 was told it would ship mid February. It is almost mid March and I have not heard back from them via email or phone. I Do not recommend.

Been twice. 1st time I bought rock sliders for my tacoma, and they were in stock! No waiting!This time there was an event with vendors, and sale prices. Didn't get anything significant, but it was really cool to see all the great looking trucks, that mine aspires to be.

Just like everyone on here who give 1 star reviews. Terrible Customer!Shipped the Wrong Part. First, I ordered an item online and they shipped the wrong part.2nd, I called in for exchange and they sound like I bother them for an exchange and told me the persons who approve for exchange will be back from lunch. Will process with my RMA. 3rd after couple I decided to call back and follow up on the RMA. Customer service told me. The Manager is out sick and he will process The RMA when he back,Wow! Two different story. Great Job guys! With this customer service. Im surprised, people still shop at Cali Raised Off Road. With this kind of Customer Service. I would not trust this place buying things or install any part on my Rig. They probably will play the Blame game.

Amazing customer service. I had my UCA go out just before a road trip. I ordered a new one online from Cali Raised and selected overnight shipping hoping the part would come soon. I called them to see how long it would take to get explaining that my car was out of service until the part came. They let me know they would order the part and it should arrive at their shop in a few days and then they would ship it out to me. A few hours later they called me back to let me know they had found the UCA for me and were shipping it out that day. Amazing customer service that went beyond expectations. Great guys working there and they will definitely get my business in the future.

I'm all about supporting local business but the customer service here is terrible. Employees seem like you're bothering them when you call or ask about products in person. A lot of the merch is marked up compared to other stores and the install prices are about 25 percent more than AJT or 88 Rotors. Honestly for convenience if the staff was nice I'd pay the difference because they're so close but i don't even want to walk into the store.

Best off road shop anywhere. Good people doing good work, at good prices. I trust these guys and enjoy talking to them and learning from them. Can’t recommend this shop enough. Shoutout to Jake and Keanu for helping me out with my Tacoma

Can't say enough about the service here. I came in on Friday 2/3/23 they let me switch my appointment from Saturday to a Friday even though they were busy! Took me right away at 8:45 my appointment was at 9. They got me serviced the extra mounts I needed from a shipment just arrived. Specifically Keanu,Morgan and jay. Thanks to these gents I'll be making the hour drive anytime I need my runner work on. Be back soon for tires.
