I am extremely impressed with the customer service at Cali Raised Moto! I had an issue with one of my lights and Jake did not hesitate to respond and helped immediately. We all know how important that is. Thank again Jake and the team!

Had same issues as many other reviewers. I thought this place was related to Cali raised led, who is very legit. They just bought the location and name off them when the other company moved to Texas. I bought a brand new 24 Toyota, wanted to get it leveled asap while still brand new new. Contacted them first, they said parts would only take 2 weeks max from Westcott. I placed the order, had to pay in full including the labor. Never once got a call back for 2+ months. I called several times, most of which nobody answered, sometimes they answered but they said they would let the other guy know and give me a call back (never got a call back) I contacted westcott and they told me these parts I ordered have been in stock and there's no reason the shop I ordered them from should be taking this long. Eventually I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They still never contacted me durring the 45 days it takes for BofA dispute. Once the dispute was just about final they sent a very short vague email that I almost didn't even see saying they saw I disputed the charge a while ago and wanted to know if I still wanted the parts. They lack communication skills, they never call to keep in touch, it's almost like they don't need peoples business. Back after I originally placed the order I checked yelp and they had a much worse rating at the time with pages of 1 star reviews about people ordering parts and just being ghosted for months until they filed a charge back. I wanted to like this place but they obviously didn't want my business.

Really want to thank Morgan at Cali Raised Offroad. I had rushed buying into tires and wheels on my 23 Tundra and I wanted to keep the 18's but add new tires. I also needed to have my grill swapped, spacer lift for new tires as well as airbags for towing. Morgan took a lot of his time and patience and made sure he thoroughly understood what my needs were and even recommended spending less until I knew for sure what my long term game plan was. Although my truck primarily resides in Idaho or Oregon- I will only bring my truck to these guys from here on out. Thanks Morgan!!!

Did a nice job installing a skid plate and the Diode Dynamics fog lights on my F150. They went over exactly how I wanted the lights set up and where I wanted the switch to be placed.

I read some reviews and brought my wife's 4 runner in for some suspension work. I am very glad I did. This shop definitely goes above and beyond with great customer service, very helpful and experienced staff. Morgan walked me through all aspects of the work to be performed and kept me updated as it progressed. Most importantly, his quote for the work was absolutely spot on and the work was done in a very timely manner. Thank you again!

I have had multiple services done at Cali Raised ranging for tires, lighting accessories, suspension install and more. I couldn't be happier with their work and never fail to make me confident in what they did. Jay is wonderful and always willing to help me out. They guys in their are killer, friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this shop for all your aftermarket accessory

Came in a few weeks ago after I purchased new car and my friend recommended I come to this place to get catalytic converter covers. I spoke to Morgan over the phone a few days prior and he told me they had a few in store. I couldn't make it down to Buena Park until 3 days later and they were sold out. Morgan helped me out again and he was very informative. I showed him my car and he was very helpful with answering all my questions..I'm still a little new to the whole off roading family lol. Morgan sent me a link where he was able to place the order for the catalytic converter covers and all I had to do was pay online and they arrived a few weeks later. Installation was pretty simple. My Toyota is starting to look fire. Can't wait to be back for more accessories.

Had a problem with my Baja LP6 on my 22 Roadglide, after I messaged their IG acct CALIRAISED MOTO on a Sunday, suprsingly Jake responded within 10 mins and helped me right away and scheduled me the next day. These guys are awesome. They fixed the problem right away.

I have had a good bit of work done on & installed on my 5th Gen 4Runner over multiple appointments. Suspension, Tires, Rock Sliders, Ditch-Lights & could not be happier. Can't say enough good things about Morgan the manager there has always been very generous & educational with sharing advice, knowledge & also drives the exact same 5th Gen 4Runner himself. Their rock sliders & ditch light brackets are the best in the game!

Couldn't be happier with the customer service I got from Morgan at Cali raised he definitely doesn't fail or come up short on going above and beyond to keep customers happy but also makes sure the job is done correctly the first time, i got Baja lights installed for fog lights, Baja lights custom cut into the rear bumper, on board air along with train horns. Every install seems to be treated as if they are working on there own personal cars. Mikey is the only person I will let touch my truck, the attention to detail is top shelf and no corners cut. This is the type of business I enjoy spending money at.

I came to this shop with a stock Bronco and a lot of ideas. What I have now is more than what I even expected. The build isn't done yet but I'll absolutely continue to come back until it is. Morgan is the individual I worked with most and the man is a mastermind when it comes to parts, their capabilities, and what steps to take next. His knowledge has played a huge role in creating what I have now. The owner Jake is also a plethora of knowledge and has the creationism to keep up with my ambitions. Any idea too crazy for most shops to handle Jake has taken without hesitation. Looking forward to the next addition to the Bronco! See you guys soon!

Had my 2022 Toyota Sienna raised 2", and aligned. After a long road trip, I noticed the vehicle would squeak and somewhat drift to the right. Upon closer inspection, by another alignment specialist it was found that 2 camber bolts were improperly tightened. One was actually hand tightened and the other was not seated properly. Spoke to Manager/Owner Jake, who compensated me for the alignment fee, but NOT FOR THE RUINED TIRES.
