yeh they say call them… and then they tell you, “you’ll get a call back” and then they don’t call. called twice yesterday! obviously this place dosent care about selling cars.

I went on Saturday to this dealer to try to buy a new car ,and I had the appointment w Julie. But she didn't want to help me because she thought the I don't speak English. So she put another to help. He told her the I speak English. But she make an ugly face. So she discriminate me. Don't why people like that work in dealers. I feel discriminated . Ne er go there again.

I WENT THERE TODAY TO CHECK OUT A VEHICLE WITH A LARGE DOWN PAYMENT .... I SUBMITTED A PREAPPROVAL AHEAD OF TIME, THE PRE APPROVAL I ACTUALLY PUT THAT I WAS GONNA PUT LESS OF A DOWN PAYMENT, BUT IT WAS APPROVED AT THE SAME PERCENT THEY BRANG TO ME AT THE DEALER, BUT MY MONTHLY PAYMENT WAS $100 MORE.... BY THE END OF PAYING IT I WOULD BE PAYING 18,000 ON A 6500 LOAN... HOW DOSE THAT WORK?? 3 TIMES THE ORIGINAL FINACED AMOUNT. MORE THEN THE ORIGINAL PRICE OF THE CAR!! THEY DONT SHOW YOU A BREAK DOWN OF WHAT YOUR PAYING FOR.... WHERE THE TAX AND OTHER FEES IS IT SAYS "PRODUCTS" $3000 WORTH OF PRODUCTS?? THEY ARE CHARGING A INSANE DEALER RATE IS REALLY WHATS HAPPENING... AND WHEN I WALKED OUT THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD HAVE THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS GO DOWN BY $50 WITHOUT EVEN GOING TO THE BACK AND HAVING TO WORK IT OUT. DONT GO WITH THE FIRST THING THEY OFFER YOU!! THEY ARE PRICE GUAGING!
** NOT TO MENTION I SEE A FAKE REVIEW ON HERE BY SOMEONE WHO WORKS THERE.... I SHOULD OF TOOK THAT AS A BIG WARNING SIGN
**AND THEY RAN 2 HARD INQUIRYS ON MY CREDIT!!

This is my second time working with Jeffrey Manuel at HGreg Nissan Buena Park and he is excellent!!! I'm so thankful that this dealership has changed ownership & management & brought in Jeffrey. His attention to detail & making the customer happy is truly above & beyond!! When I bought my car here in 2020 I unfortunately dealt with the most corrupt & unscrupulous individuals I had ever met!! Of course, that did not surface until after I paid for the car. Once they had my money what a difference!!! The amount of problems I had with screwed up DMV paperwork & the car itself was overwhelming. (I was consistently on the phone to corporate Nissan -- I guess they were listening!) And I was stuck dealing with these corrupt people when I had to bring my car in for any service, definitely not a fun experience.....until now!!! Thank you Jeffrey for treating me with kindness & respect, and really taking care of my car, something that never existed before at this dealership!!!!

Jeff was outstanding! He listened to all my concerns and took them seriously. (Which as a woman, doesn’t always happen in the car business) he made sure that the part were in stock and kept in touch with me to update me on my vehicle. Glad I gave this dealership a shot. I’ll be back to see Jeff with any maintenance and all concerns I may have
