She yelled and said “NOT WHEN IM SHORT STAFFED”.
Even though office hours show passport walkins 9am -230 pm

The man working here was extremely rude and curt with customers. Yelled at me and told me to go next door. I think he might have been Indian? Not sure if he was the store manager or just a clerk. But everyone was waiting and he seemed frustrating and just dilly dallying, not an efficient worker and very terrible customer service. Would not recommend coming here for anything. All these other 5 star reviews are probably bots. Just go to a proper USPS or UPS for shipping needs.

Smells very old and musty inside. Doesn’t acknowledge you when you come in. Spent the longest time chatting it up with someone in front of me while I was waiting.

The gentle man working there is extremely rude, i asked if he could show me a few large boxes so i could see what size would be ideal for what i had to ship and he refused to help me out saying "i needed to know the exact dimensions of what i was shipping out so he could show me a box that size" . Stay away from this place .

Plenty of parking found outside the store as it is located at a strip mall and behind the post office. Jay who assisted me is very nice, friendly and customer oriented. He takes his time to assist, answer questions and makes recommendations.
