A very nice idea that I decided to stop and have like lunch here. I had an excellent Chicago dog lunch combo meal which was so easy to order with employees really paying attention to the customer! I was visiting from Phoenix AZ and I am so glad I decided to stop at eat here!

I don't like them anymore. They are going to put in those dumb machines that people can order from and make their lazy lives better.
They took out so much seats, it is not enjoyable anymore.
I don't like those machines, employees are becoming more and more lazy, most only want money and not care about the actual people ordering food.
I'm done with places that do this, not everyone has cards to order food at the drive through, they love coming in and seating down at the the wooden seats, now only a very small handful are around

are great and then there is a wonderful selection of restaurants!

Portillo's makes good food but be prepared to pay with card thru drive thru. They do not take cash for payment in drive thru which is very stupid because some people don't trust just anybody to have your card information.

Still a good mall to shop at. Good food court and movie theater, 24 hour fitness is right there, TJ Maxx, Walmart and good restaurants surrounding like Chili's, Olive garden and portillos. Starbucks, kohls and chick filet across the street. I won't enjoy condos being built where the old Sears mall is.

I had a very troubling experience here this past Saturday. My child was invited to a birthday party at John’s. Incredible pizza. My child is special needs and requires a wheelchair. Not to mention, I also have a double stroller for my infant and one year old . The elevator incredible pizza was out of order we due to the wheelchair and stroller So I went to look for another elevator within the mall and asked a security after walking around for a while and he said that they were all out of order. I asked if there was another way for handicap people to get downstairs and he just said “they don’t” very rudely. According to the American disabilities act, all businesses are legally required to Be handicap accessible, so I don’t even know how they’re allowed to be open like that. The birthday party in question was for an entire special-needs classroom that was invited so more than half of the students were unable to attend once arriving, and realizing it was not handicap accessible. For shame. And the absolute rudeness when asked about how handicap people get downstairs was extremely uncalled for
