The staff there was very polite and helpful. Answered a lot of questions for me. Went above and beyond with a situation I was having with my phone and the girl made an extra effort to get problem resolved (which she did). Their customer service and representation of Boost were above the usual service. This is my new go to store in the future.

Its needed to have my phone continue to work after 2021. I went in this store and they tried charging $ 10 for new SIM card for 5G when its supposed to be free. I went there because the name of the business said Boost Mobile on the Boost Mobile website, not Martinez Wireless, not DF Records. The cashier (Anay) quoted 150 total, then a few minutes later when I was about to pay, she said 155. I told her play the security back and listen to yourself say 150.Then, she tried to NOT give me a receipt for the $150 I spent there on a phone. She wrote it ($150 total) on the bottom of a Boost Mobile print out of my account details. I asked, where is the receipt? She said, this is it. It did not show what I bought and how much I paid or how I paid. You know...like a normal receipt at normal businesses.I had to demand a receipt for a purchase. She said, "I'll see if I can get you a receipt that shows all that" and she called someone on the phone. Then she printed a receipt out.I paid 100 in cash and 50 on my debit. They also charged a $2 fee for paying with a debit card.Then, she used Bluetooth to switch my contacts from my old phone to my new phone. Is that standard practice? Last year when I changed phones at a Boost Mobile, they used their computer to transfer everything over from old phone to new phone.Ridiculously shady business practices going on here. I don't know how the ratings are this high.
