Horrible service ! DONT WASTE UR MONEY HERE! Very unprofessional! La senora with the short gray hair promised a refund for a mistake she did never got it ! I didn't even wear the suit the best was missing buttons from the shirt was missing just horrible !

I came in last minute to get a wedding dress and the amazing sales lady Fatima helped me find my dream dress but I was worried when I had to order it because I didn't know if I was going to get it on time but it did and the alterations were super fast! I even was able to bring in my fiancé to come in and get a rental suit for a great price since I was kinda on a budget and didn't want to waste to much on my courthouse wedding but we ended up looking so nice that ima have to come here and get my other wedding dress for my big wedding!!!

I've been a customer here for years. The workers here are so kind and they speak Spanish which was perfect because my mom needed a dress. The store is so clean and is always well organized. I always feel welcomed.

Over paid for one pair of gloves. Thought price was high for 2 pair, but girl didn't hear I wanted 2 pair. So really paid too much for a much needed pair of long white gloves.

NO STARS! We tried and tried to work with these people on a mistake they made. MEASUREMENTS were never taken let's start there! BUT that's ok, they are the experts, when the dress arrived & she did her try-on the length was longer not a little bit very much longer. We got the same story from multiple people never got call backs when i was supposed to till today from the Manager. They offered us the USED dress my daughter tried on & who knows how many others at the SAME COST of $1700.00 PLUS CHARGE for alterations for the back to be fixed bigger. What a joke, how are these people in business? We did our best to talk and try to get this resolved. My daughter can't even take her pictures because the dress isn't correct, what keeps being said is that the dress that was ordered was bigger therefore that is why the length is longer. OKAY FINE never told us we are not the experts here, and when the dress was tried on the FIRST TIME, WE specifically pointed out the length was PERFECT. They even asked my daughter would she be wearing heels. NEVERTHELESS, the length was right SO if she ordered a size or 2 up or whatever they did that should have been TOLD, length is going to be longer we OBVIUSLY would have said right then and there NO we don't want longer length to make it like DRESS 1 length. NO MANAGER or OWNER wanted to help or work with us. We will be disputing this with the credit card company for which the process has already started. We will be getting a FULL REFUND & return the dress as soon as we receive the charge back. ALL they had to do was eat the cost to CORRECT THE LENGTH! NIGHTMARE do not go here. spend your $$ ELSEWHERE. I also contacted the BBB! SMH horrible experience

I'm very pleased with my experience here. I tried on several wedding dresses and 3 different workers were very helpful and informative. The price on 2 dresses that I may pick from are less than $300 off the rack. So I absolutely recommend this place if you want a simple, inexpensive option for formal dress shopping.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I really wish I would've read the reviews before coming here. I bought my wedding dress here but because they didn't have my size, they had to order a new one. Before I went to pick up my dress, I called the owner and told her I was on my break and was only stopping by to pick it up. When I got there, she took forever to hand me my dress. When I got home I noticed it had a tear on the inside and the inside cover didn't match the dress. I then realized I was given the sample dress instead of the new one I had ordered which is why she had taken so long to hand it to me. When I called to complain she told me it was my fault for not checking the dress before I left the store and they was nothing they could do! I was livid! Learn from my experience if you still plan on buying a dress from here (or you already bought it) and check the dress before leaving the store!!

So expensive. Just not budget friendly. $30 to try on 3 dresses. The dresses aren't all that great. A few are sensational, but most of them look like a school project made by a good 7th grade home EC class.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I wish my family and I would have seen all these reviews before booking here! The service was terrible! The girls here have no customer service at all! They lied stating I still owed $100 more than what it truly was but I caught it then acted like it was a simple mistake! Makes me wonder how many people they screw over! My family rented tux’s here for my nieces quince and she never refunded any deposits stating that the items were damaged even though she gave us dirty shirts and suspenders! When this was pointed out she said they were never like that we had pictures and still stated that proved nothing! Please please go somewhere else!

I strongly do not recommend this place, waste of time and money. The people that work there are very rude disrespectful. The ladies body shame you and call you fat. I had a schedule appointment to try on the suits for a quinceñera the week of because according to them they did not have any appointments available. I had to call the place to confirm my appointment just to find out that my appointment was canceled without letting me know. The Limo that I rented there also stopped working two weeks before my event and I got charge extra to be able to get the limo that was available. I tried explaining to the workers there that the limo not working was not my fault and I had a contract to which she stated that I either pay the extra charges or get the Limo somewhere else. Due to being only two weeks left before my event I had no choice than to pay the extra charges. I also did not get my deposit back from the suites due to according to the owner who is just as rude as her workers the shoes where scrapped and were no longer wearable, I should her a picture that was taken the day of the tryout that proves that the shoes we given to me the way I returned them to which she stated that the picture doesn’t prove anything and got changed like if they were new.
