My son went last Jan 5 and dropped his Samsung phone. His Aunt reported it on the same but sadly didn't get a helpful service from the team. They just told us that they will have thorough cleaning after 2 weeks and give us a call until now we don't receive any call and I'm trying to call the store almost everyday to check but no one is picking up the calls. The store is far from our place. We will not go back to this place anymore

we came here for a party and do not recommend. first of all, it is HOT inside. i was a parent and did not jump and was still sweating like crazy. the party started at 12pm, i asked the party desk where our party was and he said that we wouldn't have a table until 1:30pm. there was very limiting seating for parents to relax or watch over their children. by 12:30pm, my kids along with other kids from the party were thirsty and hungry. we asked the party host if their was water for the kids and no, there wasn't. my husband had to purchase water from the venue even tho we were party guests! this set up is insane to me! why aren't there party rooms? why wouldn't there be refreshments for the adults while the kids played? or water for the kids while they jump and sweat? we didn't even stay till 1:30pm so i cannot review their food or party set up.

Came here for a birthday party, our first visit. Finding a parking space was a nightmare and so was getting to the trampoline park. Layout of the place is crowded, disorganized with minimal staff supervision. Rules of park are no where to be seen, which does not aid to responsible jumping. Equipment is old and some obstacles in the course are broken. You sign the waiver, you jump at your own risk. A lot of people (children and adults) were jumping irresponsibly and I witnessed 2 kids hurt their ankles because of irresponsible jumpers. This could be prevented with more organization, more staff supervision, better layout of rules. Staff may need better training to do their job well in regards to the SAFETY of jumpers. Yes, you jump at your own risk, but this company needs to do more to keep their customers safe. Stay away from Big Air Trampoline in Buena Park, especially on a busy day/weekends. I will not return and do not recommend this place as it is a safety hazard.

I visited this location on October 14, 2023 for a family members birthday party. I was super excited to bring my son since we have not visited a place like this before. The website shows something completely different than how this location is set up.We get to the front and I tell them we are here for a birthday party and the first thing I was asked if I signed the waiver and if I didn't to go and sign it and go to the other individual under the big events and parties sign. I checked in and was given some socks that were way to big for my toddler son.Once we passed the cashier it automatically smelled horrible like old cheese. We found our party and just hung out with them and took my son on some of the trampolines.I wanted him to try the foam pits but unfortunately the "DJ" that was there that night literally set her table up right in front of it. Her setup was a plastic table laptop and speakers. She was playing music not suitable for kids for sure. The location had a balloon maker that night and I had to wait very patiently for a girl who was the daughter of this "DJ" make this man's job harder. First she had him make something for a girl who was working there a balloon (and she already had one in her hands) and she wasn't doing her job or paying attention cause kids were coming up to here saying they need someone to watch them cause they are getting hit by the balls . Then the little girl continues harassing him and bothering him and taking his balloons and air pumps from him.I kept my mouth shut and told the balloon that he sure is patient cause I was about to lose it!!Get rid of this "DJ" had her bad ass Bebe kids!! Also the area to eat seemed very dirty. I was trying to eat a cupcake and the little knats/ flies kept flying around me. Low key gross Would probably never go back to this location.

Big Air Trampoline Park was a total letdown for a kid's birthday party. Trash everywhere, the place needs serious cleaning. Service workers, just a bunch of unhelpful teenagers. Sodas? Flat and pricey. The pizza was okay, but the kitchen scene was a mess - I don't even want to imagine how they were bad, cheese everywhere. I'm pretty sure they violated someKind of health code. Disappointing experience with food smeared on walls, dirty restrooms, and asking for help? Staff apologizes and vanishes. Definitely not worth it. Will never go back, thanks

Visited the place last night along with my 14 month baby girl around 7:30pm, my daughter and I were sitting by the foam pit when suddenly a young man who appeared to be 17-18 came lunging towards me and my daughter!! He seemed to be going through a episode he was definitely disabled, I had my daughter on my right hand holding on to her and the young man shoving me & putting all his weight on me on my left!!! A man accompanied with him then proceeds to grab him.My baby was crying and I was in absolute shock that has never happened to me made me very uncomfortable I tried to brush it off but overall the situation was very alarming because he could’ve punched me or my baby and I didn’t even have a moment to move.If people or kids are visiting with disabilities parents or guardians should be ft away from them at all times , their are so many more kids around that could get hurt and have been because they are unconscious of what they are doing. One of the workers came and ask if I was ok I said “I’m fine” she then said “yeah he didn’t hit her, the guy grabbed him before any of that” trying to downplay the situation. The whole thing was shocking and I hope they really take extra precautions when it comes to people with disabilities.

This place has definitely gone down hill since I first came in about 4 years ago or so. I feel it's been neglected.STAFF - they've always had younger staff (maybe teenager/college aged), so it may look like they DGAF, but lately they've REALLY not cared. They'll walk around but not really look out for safety. They just walk to talk to each other. And even when talking to each other and I try to make eye contact, clearly needing assistance, they'll continue to talk. I get they're young and just trying to make a buck, but TRY to care about your job to learn for the future.FACILITY - ever since the heavy rainstorms of Winter 2022-2023, their leaks across the facility ceilings have been increasing and they don't get fixed! Not sure if it's Big Air's control, or the mall's property manager, but it has to change. They have TRASH BINS to collect the pools of water and buckets lying everywhere, and even collects on parts of the trampoline itself. My family usually has their birthday parties hosted here and I am just experiencing the quality go down. For the last party - they even mixed up our presents with another party's presents! They claimed the other party had the exact 2 names as our kids! Excuse? Truth? Idk but sounded sus and a stretch of an excuse.Hopefully they can fix these kinks.

Every time we come back to this place thinking management will make improvements, we are once again disappointed. The people deserve better than this for what we pay. Shut this awful place down already, please! Also, when you speak your mind (the truth) about how bad this place is on Facebook, they will block you from their page. Stay away from this place.

My baby brother loves this place, but he's a bit oblivious to his surroundings and cleanliness. My mom pays for his unlimited jump membership, $14.99 a month, and he's able to come and jump whenever he wants and also bring a jump buddy with him. I was able to join him in one instance as his jump buddy. I love trampoline parks even as an adult, but this one isn't as clean as the ones I've been to. The little foam blocks were really dirty and I couldn't wait to shower afterwards. I went into the foam pits with my baby brother and I couldn't help but feel really dirty being surrounded by it. The foam blocks need a major refresh or replacement ASAP!The cost to jump seems a little steep, especially if you don't own the grip socks that are mandatory for entering the trampoline areas. I do think that the unlimited jump membership with is worth it because my little brother goes about 1-3 times a week, so he's def getting his money's worth.

I'm giving a two because the guy, Elijah, that was in charge of helping with my daughter's birthday was awesome. He kept checking in with us and was readily available when I asked for refills and such. The person they had open for the morning birthday groups was late, giving us no time to set up. We had guests already there before we could get the snacks/food and decorations up. It really stresses me out and ended up being per much the same as if I had just picked a park somewhere except the park would've been cheaper. Very disappointed with how they handled the Birthday parties that day. I had also called the week before to confirm they would have these party cups they offer instead of goodie bags and big surprise when they told me they could not find them. Poor Elijah was frantic looking for them and found out they had been locked in a room where none of the current staff could open.I was so embarrassed that I was not able to give my guests any goodie bags! Thank goodness we did not have to worry about the "clean up," but there wasn't much to clean since I didn't even put up decorations. The location itself was not in the best conditions. The kids had fun, but it definitely needs some TLC and elbow grease.

We have been coming to this location for several years. It's never been great. Not the cleanest at times. Also located inside the mall which isn't the greatest. Everything inside feels old and outdated. But my son likes it and has fun whenever we go, and the prices are still reasonable. $27 for one hour, $29 for 90 min and I believe $33 for 2 hours. They also sell food and drinks (I've never had anything here). We always go early, shortly after opening, so there are less kids which is nice.
