I have been going to Big Air for over 5 years. I have also had 2 of my kids birthday parties there which took the stress of set up and clean up off of me. I highly recommend this spot to take your kids to enjoy all the jumping and fun activities Big Air offers. I will admit the seats around the place us parents can sit at are getting worn out and could definitely use replacing as can some of the foams around the play areas. Yet overall I highly recommend this spot and hope that once it reopens, they will improve their AC because it can get a little stuffy especially during weekends.

I recently booked a party package here and our experience was beyond amazing! I was skeptical at first as we had never been here but were looking into this for a birthday venue, needless to say it was a great choice! Upon booking we received a confirmation call. When we arrived the day of the event the staff made it very easy to check in our whole party and accommodate decorations and cake! The staff was beyond pleasant and very helpful and attentive throughout our whole event. Our host Josue was phenomenal during our dinning hours providing us with excellent service and very attentive to what we needed! I look forward to more visits and a few more birthdays here.

Video online does not match what it looks like when you go there in person. Foam pit Is old and Worn out. The foam is Brittle and Pieces were all over me and My friends.
But the fun things are the basketball court and the Dodge ball.

Big Air is a large play area for kids. Overall, it is a okay play area for kids but it was a bit run down. I have never been here and did not know how long ago it opened, but it looked like it's been there for a while and very minimal maintenance was performed. I did like that that were several options (basic trampolines, basketball, jousting, and a dodge ball area) for the kids, but it just didn't feel clean. It also was hot and stuffy inside. I understand you have a ton of kids running around causing the stuffiness, but I felt like the AC wasn't running properly. They had some huge fans running in a few locations but unless you were right by it, it didn't help much. Even then, it was warm air circulated. Being that the place did look a bit run down, I didn't think it was an AC issue, but just the way it was there. There are also seating areas for those not participating which was good. I would go back if the kids really wanted to, but I would look for some other places first.

Had a great time there today. I spent just a little more than an hour there with my toddlers & had the pleasure of meeting a staff member named Kenny , Mr Kenny, who just turned 18 went above and beyond to make sure that our experience there was a memorable one. I was able to create memories through videos and pictures, but I couldn’t have done it without the gratitude and customer service . we appreciate you and thank you for making our time memorable if you’re looking to book parties ask for Kenny, he’ll take care of you!

This place is absolutely garbage !!! Stay the hell away !! I take my son to many jump parks and this is the worst we have been to .... zero supervision, zero rules on attraction , its straight free for all ... watch your kids here 100% ... won't come again

No one will answer the phone! I have called and left messages multiple times and never got a call back! I was trying to book a party, but I guess they don’t want my money.
This place is also filthy and the staff could really care less about being there or helping anyone.

Word of warning keep an eye on all belongings just know if anything is lost there get more than likely will never be found. Staff which is mainly teenagers who have no customer service skills we'll say whatever they need to to leave them alone

My son went last Jan 5 and dropped his Samsung phone. His Aunt reported it on the same but sadly didn't get a helpful service from the team. They just told us that they will have thorough cleaning after 2 weeks and give us a call until now we don't receive any call and I'm trying to call the store almost everyday to check but no one is picking up the calls. The store is far from our place. We will not go back to this place anymore
