I was just in the store just looking to spend my gift cards that I got for Christmas and I also work in the mall so I'm somewhat a regular. I usually have a great time in the store browsing around and such but today was different. I put my stuff down to organize what I was buying to see what I had in my bag and a store associate started following me around the store and was asking me a whole bunch of questions. It made me feel so uncomfortable because they weren't doing this to anyone else in the store just me. I'm not going to say it was racially motivated but it sure felt like it. I was also getting looks from the other employees and the manager. It was just a very uncomfortable experience

It is located at the Buena Park Mall, but don't let that discourage you. The location always has a great selection and a helpful staff. It is one of my favorite locations.

I went into the Buena Park Mall store today to see if by chance their 3 wick candles were on sale. The girl at the door informed me no, but there were some on a table for 60% off. As I stood there looking at the candles on the 60% off table I noticed a sign on a table behind me that read " ALL CANDLES BUT ONE GET ONE FREE". I went to the girl that showed me the 60% off table and showed her. She said oh I didn't see this. So I proceeded to select more candles. I went to check out and told the clerk that one was on the 60% off table and the other 4 should be buy one get one free. The other girl at the counter said no that isn't right. I showed the girl checking me out the sign and she said that she had to do what the other girl said because she was the manager. We both went back to the check out counter and showed the manager the sign. The manger proceeded to tell me that it was for that table only. I told her no the sign said All Candles buy one get one free, not just this table. She wouldn't honor the sign that was posted, so I said fine I wasn't buying anything and walked out. You would think with all the stores closing because so many people are buying online and not shopping inside the stores she would have honored the sign for me and then take it down. Very poor customer service in my opinion Unhappy customer Debbie
