Bath and Body Works is solid. Their body lotions are top-notch — not greasy, great scents, and they actually work. I always make sure to stock up when there's a good promo going on.

It is located at the Buena Park Mall, but don't let that discourage you. The location always has a great selection and a helpful staff. It is one of my favorite locations.
