The customer service at this bank is great if you speak Korean and that's the truth I came in there with a check from their bank for $3,000 and they wouldn't even cash it they said we have a $2,500 Amendment well well you know what nobody told me that and when I called on the phone you guys said you were going to be honored and then when I get there Artesia and Beach Boulevard I guess said no kick me out of the bank and didn't give a damn and then I went to the one across the street they wouldn't even let me in the bank because you losers call them and told him I was coming over there how dare you do that I mean what kind of maggots are you you're the kind of deal with Jacob and Ronnie Law Firm so you got to be naked carry on maggots

No wonder this place has 2 stars. They tell you that the check you deposited will be on hold for 2 days. When you go back to WIRE funds after 2 days, they say it has to be 5 business days. The "supervisor" that helped me and the teller at that time claims she didn't know I wanted to wire. It's a total lie because she even looked at my wire instructions 2 days ago and told me to put the address in English instead of Korean. Never had a good experience with these people. I'd love to cancel my acct, except it's a joint acct with my father in Korea so I have to keep it open.
