An ex-coworker has been going here for years. so I thought I would give it a try. i wish I wouldn't have waisted my money. Got a full set and a pedicure. From the second I sat in the chair I should have known. The water for my pedicure was cold and that was before I sat for 30 min waiting. The massage chairs suck. they don't work right and ended up hurting my back for days. My toes turned out to look okay but the experience takes that away. So after over 2 hours I didn't really look at what a terrible job they did on my full set. Less then 6 hours later my first nail broke. Went back and someone fixed it for me. Still not happy I figured okay well at least its fixed. Yeah that one was fixed, however that night broke another and today which is 3 days later another broke. Thats 3 nails in 3 days. Never had this problem. won't be back and I don't suggest anyone going there. Dont waste your money.

First time visit. Window stated they do dip manicures. They have VERY LIMITED colors to choose from. I almost left due to the lack of choices, but I was already in the chair, and was kind of embarrassed to say anything. Then I started noticing things...... To start off with a positive, my natural nails were filed nicely. Probably the best I have had in a salon. Complaints: the place was filthy. I realize the dust gets everywhere, but this was layered dirt and grime. Every cap of products on her cart, the polish base/top coat caps, and her cart sides were covered in a dirty oily grime (think kids and light switch covers). The fingernail clippers were dull, that's when I noticed they were rusty at the pin and between the top/bottom and had finger prints all over them. My concern now is, is she using sterilized equipment. Her cuticle clippers had a little rubber/silicon sheath on the clipper parts and she put it back on after she used them on me. Her metal grinding files were in a little metal tin. She used several on me, then retrieved two more metal grinding files she had soaking in a solution from a little container on her cart. She proceeds to put one on the the drill she is using and puts the other one in the metal tin with the various ones she's already used. At some point in the manicure I noticed a pile of pink polish chips/nail clipping on the side of my table (not mine!). When I wiped some dust from my hands on my table towel....there was RICE that stuck to my hand. I'm assuming she had ate lunch at her table before I came in. Actual manicure: The manicurist was grinding the first nail to remove the old dip. She took it down to the nail bed. It was kind of painful. I told her that my nails were natural and the grinding was getting uncomfortable, she replied that she had to get old polish off. I said yes, but I have always had polished soaked first to soften it. "Oh, you want to soak polish off?" Ummh yes. Manicure consisted of gel base coat, dip of color, UV light, gel base coat, dip of color, UV light, clear dip, light filing and gel soak off top coat. The gel top coat had a rancid smell. The dip was done all the way up to the cuticle which means that within a week top coat will be peeling off. They do not have that shiny finish and smooth texture. I really wish the state would post sanitation grading similar to restaurants. I will not go back.

I love going to her , I always get my nails ingrown and she is the only nail person that not only removed my ingrown nail but did not hurt me . I drive and hour just to go to Tracy . She's really patient and leaves my nails looking super cute !

No words. Honestly, I'm the type of person who says thank you when I get the wrong order or my nails aren't what I wanted. But this place was so sloppy. I went to another salon the next day to get a new gel mani.

This place is terrible, I called to make an appointment with Tracy and when I arrived she was busy with somebody else when my appointment was at 12 pm. She took thirty extra minutes. What's the point of making an appointment? Finally when it was my turn she asked what I wanted and gave me the exact opposite of what I wanted. Terrible! do not go here, big waste of time and money. I will be taking my business else where.

My friend called me on her way home crying because the woman Tracy tore off her nails and insulted her saying her nails were ugly. She used the tools to make her fingers bleed. My friend tried to leave and the woman grabbed hold her hand and sprayed alcohol on her hand to stop the bleeding. My friend was shaking over FaceTime because she didn't understand what just happened. The woman was mad at her for going to another salon and coming in asking for a fill. She paid the woman, Tracy, and she refused to give her the change from the payment back. It's been almost an hour and her fingers are still throbbing.

Saw they were operating outside so booked a appt. Workers were all friendly and polite. I needed a pedicure and even tho it's weird outside and not as relaxing inside I was impressed. Toes are done and I feel great. Will be going back. However it does say they take credit cards on yelp - they only take cash.
