Worse place to get your haircut at, I just wanted a trim of 1-2inches I had long hair, but now after her horrible service I'm sadden by the results. She cut my hair more then 5 inches which makes a drastic difference. The lady, who said to be in charge decided to do her own thing with my hair, she didn't even listen to what I asked her to do, brush my hair with what felt like brutal force and yanked her brush into my scalp. Never going back, can't believe I decided to stop by!

0 stars if i could. i called 7 times to make an appointment for my grandmother and they would answer and hang up on us. very unprofessional. we really wanted to come here to get her hair done

Was hear one time five years ago and cut and it was fine. But came I came back five years later told her I wanted just a trim half a finger , At first I had long nice hair , she then cut my hair off four fingers which a lot of hair now short is not what I wanted at all then put a lot of hair she cut off in her hand and put it right in frontt of me I was in shock ! Then washed my hair and started brushing it from the top and pulling my hair down-and trying to dry it my hair is broken off split ends and thin now. She ruined my hair I will never go there again I just think I need to make a list of complaints to BBB just a horrible experience horrible I can't believe someone would do that with online which she wanted destroy my hair who does this. This is my Dads favorite spot to get a hair cut from "La Doña". So, I took my teenage son in for a Perm. He LOVES his perm. Her service and hospitality is unmeasurable! Gracias!!!

Came here my first time and got a cut as i asked. I was satisfied. Came here a week later and ask for the same cut. The woman totally messes up my hair and did what she wanted. Ignored everything i had asked and explained to her. I will never come back here again.
