I would not recommend this company. Submitted a request for quote on a sign and received a timely response. After sending over my logo and all of the required documents, I never heard anything back until I followed up with them. Spoke with Yun about my sign options. According to him, I had to agree to a sign idea that costs thousands of dollars without even seeing a mock-up of what the finished product would look like. I've received several quotes from other vendors that included a visual mockup of what my options were along with my initial quote. I will say, the price range that he verbally quoted was within my budget, but I would never agree to spending so much money without any sort of documentation up front. Hard pass for me.

I am giving amazing signs the benefit of the doubt and rating them as if they did the greatest signs in the world that’s why I gave them three stars unfortunately I have no idea what their quality of work is because I can’t get them to do any of my business because they’re always closed well not always close I’m exaggerating however on Saturday they are supposed to closeAt 4 PM I left my house at two got to the sign shop at three had to make several left-hand turns to get to the shop because there’s no parking except in a back alley that is nestled in a network of no u turn signs back when I park in the back at about 310 and said use front entrance and I had to walk a block and a half to get to the front of the store I got there at 3:25 and everything thing is sun washed and dingy bleached construction paper or faded food label yellowing and old. the door is locked. The windows are dusty and Nobody’s home . I got a little black book I put my poems in....so they got zero out of two stars for that but maybe they make amazing things I’ll never know

We needed a main business sign for our building. As an inexperienced business owner, I was worried about every step, and I was so clueless and didn't know where to start. The end product by Amazing Signs was a top- notch quality. We had a very difficult issue with the city's regulation; it felt like I would never be able to put up a brand new sign of my design. Other companies wanted me to resolve the issue by myself and hire them just for making the sign. Amazing Signs staff stepped in and fully engaged himself to resolve the problem on our behalf. Their in-house design team was so professional that they even created a logo for my business and the pricing was so reasonable. After requesting my plan, they shared their professional opinions to teach me about what is a better way to get the most value out of the big business expense I was about to spend. I am so glad that I came across Amazing Signs and would definitely recommend them to everyone who is looking for a trustworthy sign and business contractor.

LOVE the work by Sam and his team! They were very professional, courteous and thoughtful. I'd submitted my proof and he made suggestions as to what would work best. He even brought samples to the site to review colors and best design. I would HIGHLY recommend working with amazing signs. Very reasonable pricing! Amazing work!
