Be careful. Bought item that was final sale clearly marked 9.99. And when I came home, realized that they ripped off the tag and charged me 19.99.
Most of the clothes are used and washed and sold as "new".
Check your receipts. They WILL OVERCHARGE YOU.

I saw some cute Korean baby clothing outside of the store and decided to purchase two items. However, right after paying and leaving the store, I noticed another adorable dress. I approached the owner or manager and asked if I could exchange it (as the dress I wanted to exchange was cheaper than the one I had purchased). Unfortunately, she informed me that it was a final sale and she couldn't assist me with the exchange. I explained that only 30 seconds had passed and requested her to allow me to make the change.Surprisingly, she refused, stating that she was unable to handle the POS system. I couldn't believe it!I asked her if the dress I want to exchange is cheaper than the one I purchased. I suggested that it would be acceptable to receive a store credit for the price difference. However, she refused and I found her decision to be unwise. If she had given me a store credit, I would have had no option but to return and buy another dress. Right?I wasn't looking for a refund or to complain, I simply wanted to exchange the dress. I mentioned that this was not right according to the law, but she responded that she was unaware of the law and couldn't do anything for me. I felt extremely disappointed and asked for a refund, but she insisted that she couldn't help me due to the store's policy. I'm unsure why she responded this way. Should I request a stop payment from my bank? What should I do? Overall, this experience was unsatisfying!I am Korean, and I always want to support Koreans living overseas. We have left our country and are working hard to survive here.But all the reviews are similar. Personally, I don't want to hate her, but I really want her to improve.

I feel like all of the reviews are talking about the same lady. We received cute clothes from this store as gifts so we went in to purchase more but came out empty handed. The Korean lady who either owns or runs the store is so creepy and rude. She will make you feel incredibly uncomfortable by staring at you, not saying hello, and ignoring you when you speak to her so avoid this place if you don't want bad vibes.

I have been to this store 5 times, 4 times I received an unbelievably horrible customer service.Every time I asked a question, I got a very rude response, I even mentioned this to my family and friends after I visited this store because it ruined my mood for the day. After experiencing this rude customer service 4 times, I had to log in here and leave this review.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The old Korean woman running the store is mean, rude and downright RACIST!!! My cousin and I walked in to shop and this woman did not greet us or check on us not once during the 30 min we were in there. This was a definite red flag, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought that maybe she didn't approach us due to a language barrier. She guarded the register and watched us like hawks as if we were going to steal something. I started to feel uncomfortable so I went up to the register to pay for 2 items. Low and behold, she spoke very clear English! As I paid she avoided eye contact, and again did not make any type of small talk with me. After my purchase, I walked back to my cousin who was still looking at items in the store. When this lady saw that I had not exited after my purchase, she followed me and says to us, "Excuse me, I have to use the restroom..." then gestures towards the doors. Confused, we were like, "Ok" , thinking that maybe there was no restroom in her store so she just wanted us to wait out front for a bit She literally walked us out, opened the doors, then immediately closed them. Less than a minute after we left, 3 Korean customers came in and the lady welcomed them in! We stood outside for a few minutes completely shocked when we realized that we had just been discriminated! Simply put, if you are not Korean, this awful woman will keep her eyes on you, make you feel uncomfortable, AND kick you out! I was so disgusted that I wanted to return my purchase, but unfortunately, due to COVID, they had a no return/exchange policy. If she really didn't want us - 2 Filipino/Non-Korean women to shop in her store, I really wish she made this clear upfront so that I didn't waste my time or money there! I hope this store closes down or fires this miserable woman! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!

Rude and unfriendly. Items are pricey but the customer service is subpar. Would not allow any exchanges on unopened gifted items--not even size changes.

I love this store and because it's baby clothes it's important to wash your hands and not touch every item. The store is like a museum only touch what you really intend to buy and don't come in looking unprofessional don't let your kids run around no strollers really. This is a great place to buy a baby shower gift, I used to come and buy clothes from the clearance rack for my friend. Very sweet staff always kind and generous. The young employees are always mature.

I love their clothes and always spend $$$ here but they give such a hard time with returns and even using reward points! They made it so difficult, awkward, and unfriendly when I tried to use my rewards. Need to have friendlier employees and service, otherwise your business won't last!

RUDE OWNER OR ASSOCIATE!!! Walked in and said hello and she had the nerve to look my friend up and down and not even acknowledge him. He had full intentions of buying things for his baby but decided to walk out. I also didn't mention how she was guarding her register area as if she was going to be robbed. Next time don't make assumptions or judgements lady! Really disappointed because the store is cute.

I was looking at some clothes and my daughter got one of the dolls that I bought for her but not before we were basically escorted in a very rude and unwelcoming manner to the counter to pay for it.
I never got the chance to shop in this store and will never return again.
