I come here often because it’s close to home. I had a prescription refilled that had to be ordered which took a couple of days. I called to see if it was ready and they told me it was canceled. The person I was speaking to just handed the phone off to another person without telling me which is rude in general. The other person just started yelling at me as soon as the phone was handed over. Getting extremely aggressive and violent for absolutely no reason AT ALL. I literally didn’t even get to say hello before being berated. She was so nasty and so rude it disgusted me. Her name is Dawn. I’m not sure whats wrong with her but that’s not my problem. I’m just here to get my medicine, that I’m paying for. Why don’t you pick a crowd of people that don’t have medical problems.

I come here very often because the medicine is usually a little bit cheaper and it’s close to home. I had a prescription refilled and it had to be ordered so it took a couple days. I called in to see if it was there and they told me it wasn’t because they canceled the order. The person I was speaking to didn’t really know too much so she just handed the phone off to this person who just started yelling at me. Getting extremely aggressive and violent for absolutely no reason. I literally didn’t even get to say hello. She was so nasty and so rude it disgusted me. Her name is Dawn. I complained about her to the store manager, but I’m still upset and I don’t wanna go here anymore. I’m not sure how many boyfriends cheated on her but that’s not my problem. I’m just here to get my medicine. Why don’t you pick a crowd of people that don’t have medical problems, Dawn you’re a nasty and horrible person. Please fire this woman she loosing business at a place that’s facing bankruptcy. Absolute devil. Save your business and fire Dawn. I think she should hold her tongue especially because she’s named after dish soap.

Unfortunately I live walking distance from this Albertson's and I hate driving too far to get my groceries so this is the main store I go to when I don't have time to drive to anywhere else. One thing that drives me nuts are the deli ladies. There are two great workers there and all the others are horrible. One lady was trying to help at least 6 people waiting in line while the other lady was casually walking back from lunch seeing that the line is long. She walks around the deli, goes to the back where no customers are and by the time she comes back at least 4 people leave the line because we have all been waiting for at least 15 minutes. So it's just me and an older lady across the way where the hot food was, I'm over by the deli meat. Finally she comes back out and asks me with complete bad attitude "can I help you". I nicely tell her what I want and she doesn't even respond to confirm, lollygags her way to get my meat and then bad mouths the other worker that was working extra hard. In a serious tone she tells her coworker "I hate when you work here, you're so short." She was upset that she had to move the weight screen up 2 inches... Then, I needed one more meat that needed to be cut and when I tell her she immediately rolls her eyes and walks back to the coworker she just bad mouthed and starts talking extremely low and says, "they always do that". So now I'm assuming she is bad mouthing me because I've seen it so many times from her on other days. Every time I come here and she cuts my meat? She always has a horrible attitude towards her customers and coworkers. I have also gotten bad chicken meat here like they didn't pay attention to the expiration date and the same lady gave me that bad batch. I would never come here if I didn't have to. Plus Albertson's is expensive as hell. I will be updating her name the next time, after that I will not be shopping here anymore, I'm just going to have to make the drive or just go to Wal-Mart Market where people actually help me out without me having to ask or wait forever. Other than that, it's a fine store and the people who check you out are actually nice and cool. It's just the "fresh meat" deli customer service for me that sucks.

I love how easy it was to make an appointment online and take the shot right away with hardly any lines. The nurse that is giving the shot have a carefree attitude, so as nervous I was - I was able to feel at ease and the shot was over before you know it! I have to say though, the side effects from the second shot of Pfizer is no joke. My arm is still swollen and aching, and I was running a temperature earlier with a cold sweat. Of course, nothing ibuprofen and a nap can't help! At any rate, I highly recommend this location to get your vaccine shots! You can even kill two birds with one stone and get your grocery done right after with a 10% off coupon grocery bonus from the vaccination!

I came to get my COVID vaccine here and my experience was amazing! The lady at the pharmacy department was quick and very kind! With a up beat personality & the man that registered the COVID vaccine made it painless!

Piss poor customer service unable to get a hold of management. Good market any help whatsoever in the store people working in the meat department were very unfriendly I used to work for Vons. I got a better job I left I know the low-paying jobs brings up a worse than people but management is too dense to realize that. Will not be back at this particular store because of the horrible customer service I received

I have shopped here regularly during this pandemic and off-and-on for the past decade. Their procurement efforts during this diffcult time is commendable and is the main reason I go here. But... today's experience was so bad that I called their corporate office to report on this event. This is the first time ever I called corporate. It started when the cashier, Evelyn, instructed me to bag my groceries cuz I brought my own bags. Okay, so I bagged my groceries. While I'm bagging, Evelyn was conversing(whispering) with another employee(who usually bags). Annoying, btw. I tried some small talk(How's your day?) in order to "read" her. She answered curtly with one word answers. Finished, I asked for her name since she was not wearing her name tag. She, in a hostile manner, challenged, "It's on the receipt. What's your name?" Oh, I don't know. I need your name to report your incompetence in customer service and lack of professionalism to corporate. Maybe? Bad customer service. After loading my groceries, I reentered the store and observed the same bagger bagging groceries(2 transactions) at Evelyn's register. So I go straight to the customer service to ask for their corporate number. After waiting at an empty counter, Monica approached and I asked for their corporate number. She quickly went in the back and never returned. Bad customer service. Finally, Ethan attended to me and in less than a minute fulfilled my request. Actually, Ethan and the security guard were the only kind, friendly and helpful employees that day. What is going on with that store? Racism, maybe? Bottomline...there needs to be a refresher course on customer service AND common decency. Corporate has been alerted.

I shopped Albertson's on Valentine's Day, spent $420.00. I usually do not shop at Albertson's, but I was looking for a different variety than our usual grocery store. Not being familiar with this store, I spent more than an hour shopping. I bought many additional items to qualify for their discounts (Never got these discounts.). I also purchased meat to make stew, but when I tried to use it, it was spoiled. They actually sold me meat past the use by date (was expired when I bought it). Besides overpaying because the cashier didn't tell me, you only get one chance to enter a phone number for their rewards discount program (my wife used her cell phone, not our home phone). After paying for my groceries, I tried to exit the store when their security guard got infront of my shopping cart, grabbed onto it and asked me "Where are you going?" I replied "To the parking lot." He then shoved the shopping cart into my herniated stomach (I have an existing injury) and said, "Where are you going?" Trying to stay calm, I replied to my car. At this point he continued to push the shopping cart into my injured stomach. I told him to let go of my cart, he asked "Where is your receipt?," I said, "In my pocket." As I struggled to get outside eventually, an Albertson's employee stacking carts asked if everything was okay. I said, "No," and explained that the security guard was harassing me. All of a sudden, the security guard said, "Okay, you can go." I said, "No, get the manager." He tried to make some sort of excuse/back-handed appology, as I asked 3 times to "GET THE MANAGER." I had to abandon my groceries, go back to the cashier, and tell him to get the manager. The manager gave me the number to their corporate office, I called last week and was told the district manager would call me back within a couple of days, but no one has called me back. I guess this is normal for them as they ignored my complaint.

I'm not really one to write reviews but I am still in shock of my experience at Albertson's last night. I go to this Albertson's quite often and had great experiences every time. Last night, I came in for groceries and there was only one aisle open for checkout. I set my items on the belt and see the cashier was turned away as he's talking to the item bagger but when he turns I can clearly see he's blowing his nose. He quickly puts his mask back on and proceeds to grab my items and ring me up immediately after blowing his nose WITHOUT using any hand sanitizer or stopping to wash his hands. I asked for the receipt in the bag and left but called back and asked to speak to the manager. The manager kindly offered to switch out our items so I went back and lo and behold... the manager is the SAME PERSON THAT BAGGED OUR ITEMS. I was so disgusted that entire experience happened I asked to get my items myself. You would think during a pandemic especially in a popular grocery store the employees would know better or the manager would have at least stopped this entire situation from happening in the first place. So disgusted I didn't catch any of their names.

I really hate to leave negative reviews because everybody has bad days. But the experience at the store this morning a little too much to take. After waiting in a long line and finally opening up another register I got nothing but attitude by the older lady cashier. Nobody there seemed to want to work, excuse me for ruining your relax time.
