Just recently had trouble with my AEG and was recommended by a friend to go to Airsoft Master. Best decision ever, the two very friendly people at the front desk immediately wanted to help me with my issue and I could tell they were experts with all things airsoft. Overall wish I could give 6 stars because of how easy and quick this trip was.

These guys have been my go to for about 3 years, ever since I started playing airsoft with my own gear. I honestly love this place, it's small but has so much stuff, being able to see the parts in real and for such cheap prices, I bought a grip and they installed it for me, I bought 2 vests from here and they lasted me ages, they are really helpful 10/10 I recommend to go here instead of going to somewhere like airsoft gateway.

I’ve never been here before but I’m wondering if you guys to traded cuz I have a fully functioning combat machine aeg m4 and I don’t really want the coyote ram color so I was wondering if I could trade it out for like a black aeg or something even if it cost less than my aeg. I think mine costs around $230/$250 I don’t remember but I’m wondering if you guys accept trades in general.

great place the employees are great i has bought a arp 556 and an fns9 by cyber gun and they were very helpfull and patient only bad thing that has happed was a defective battery but they replaced it free of charge Edit:they also satured my gun when it broke for free

I could have sworn I did a review for the guys here before. Been shopping here at Airsoft Master for years, conveniently located near Knotts - this shop caters to New and Veteran players with heart and knowledge. My MP5 was purchased here years back and just recently tuned up by their tech who had the job done and me smiling in the time promised.They have a lot of G&G replicas, many pistols, all the basics, and a good deal of the upgrades any player can use.Glad to see they started doing more youtube videos again =)

Got a gun online as soon as it arrived my kid didn’t even get to use it because it didn’t even work took it to the shop and they said something inside was stripped and they didn’t want to cover the warranty I left it with them to repair it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t heard anything from them and they charged me over 100 bucks to repair it like it wasn’t enough paying over 300 dollars for it

The saying, "if you want something done right, do it yourself" couldn't be more true. Me thinking this store was a little bit more professional, but wasn't what i was expecting at all. Inventory seems like they don't have anything in stock first off. Second off came back about 3-5 times just to get my gun built the right way. I went to a different technician cause i was tired of the different excuses they were making on why it's shooting that way. The different technician ended up telling me that the maxx hop up was built in correctly, they don't even know how to build polar star engines, but quick to take your money! Save your money go somewhere else ain't worth the gas to drive there!

Went into the store a couple days ago and snagged up a tracer, forgrip, dye mask and the guys at the store were mad chill and knowledgeable. They helped out a lot and even invited Me to go out with their large group. Hands down a family vibe here for sure. Big ups as I'm new to airsoft and dig that they welcomed me in.

The gun malfunctioned as soon as we got it. I asked for an exchange. By the time I got an accurate video of the malfunctioning gun, (I was out of town and my teen son wasn’t sending good ones). They said it was outside of the 30 day warranty so I’d have to contact the manufacturer. Considering it hadn’t been used outside of trying to record the videos for the malfunctioning gun, and communication with them took awhile, it’s ridiculous that only a week after the 30 day exchange policy counts as this Airsoft company saying that “there’s nothing we can do.” I’m so angry because it was a $200 gun.

I really wanted to give this place more stars because of their good customer service. However, their workmanship was very poor. To provide context, I noticed that my airsoft gun wasn't loading BB's correctly and that my outer barrel was lacking threads (my own fault). I typically would go to Airsoft Extreme, but it was a Saturday and they were closed so I thought why not try out a new store. Essentially, they charged me $40.00 for labor just to replace an outer barrel. I mean, sure, charge me whatever I guess. But the reason why I am writing this review is not because of the ridiculous price for changing a barrel (also had to wait a week just for this replacement). It is because: first, they lost a very important piece for my handguard (the anti-rotational piece that stops the handguard from rotating when being handled); second, they lost the o-ring on my inner barrel that stops a tiny piece of metal from sliding on and off the inner barrel; third, after replacing the outer barrel, they didn't even bother re-aligning/straightening the dummy gas-block. Fourth, I mean I'm paying $40.00 for an OUTER BARREL replacement, and you guys couldn't provide a crush washer to properly place my muzzle back on? Come on. I took my gun out to two other stores to have the work evaluated as well. First was Modern Airsoft, San Diego. One of the airsoft techs there had told me that $40.00 to replace an outer barrel was a ridiculous price (also to lose very important parts to my gun). With a single Allen key, he was able to straighten my gas block for me in about 15 seconds. Amazing. I left my gun at Airsoft Master for a week and all they did was change the outer barrel and misplace parts that I had to replace with my OWN money as well. I had to pay for their lack of attentiveness. The second place I took my gun out to was Airsoft Extreme, Carson. The tech and store manager there had told me the exact same thing that the tech at Modern Airsoft had told me, that they overcharged me to replace an outer barrel. They also told me that I should reach out to the store to see if they could compensate me for losing my anti-rotational piece as well (I had to reach out to my guns manufacturer and pay $60.00 for the same piece that they had lost). I called Airsoft Master after this incident and was informed that a tech by the name of Alex was working on my gun. They said they would look for that piece and call me back but never did. I've been in and out of this hobby for about 10 years now, and recently just got invested in it again. This type of treatment is honestly the reason as to why people get discouraged by this hobby and choose to abandon it. Ridiculous prices with unsolved issues to their investments, their guns. Overall, come here to maybe buy certain things like guns and gear, but when it comes to tech work, try Airsoft Extreme (very knowledgeable tech there) or Modern Airsoft in Murrieta.

Been here a couple times, and not a lot of issues except they seem really bad at time management. The first time I went they had the wrong business times posted online so I had to drive back home since it was closed. Now I'm sitting here 20 minutes past opening which wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't eating into my time on a field. This happened at the time of posting this review. Hopefully they can be a bit more punctual in the future.
