This place is amazing my whole family loves it. I mean my whole family my husband children 12 & 5 my parents in their 60s and my sibling in their 30s and of course my nephews.On top of loving this place they have amazing deals.Went yesterday and my son pick an iron on shirt we got to our destination he looked down and noticed it was peeling we called and without hesitation was told bring it back and we will switch it out no problem. Everyone is nice and friendly.Thanks to the three ladies that helped us today.

Today I went to aahs and I had a very pleasant time.I went at 11 and there was the store manager preeti. She really helped me find what I wanted and she went as far to tell me what is good and popular. She was the only one managing the store and with lots of customers.Her service was amazing especially because she was kind and polite.I had a really awesome time and I hope to come back again.

I came here looking for Halloween costumes and wasn’t sure if I would find anything. As soon as I entered the store, an employee named Preeti helped me out and did an amazing job. She answered my questions and addressed any concerns I had. My experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend coming here!

The store worker named Preeti was extremely kind and considerate throughout my whole visit there. She went out of her way to make sure I was updated and helped me with any questions I had. Her customer service was beyond great and I am definitely coming back here for Halloween costumes in the future. Outstanding service Preeti! 10/10 would recommend to anyone I know

I went in looking to find a costume for my baby and sure enough I found the perfect one, awesome right? Well while waiting in line I happened to see a sign stating if you sign up/register you get a 20% off in store and online, so of course I do it and sure enough I get emailed a code but the email says online only so when it's my turn to check out I explain how I saw the sign and how I got an email with a code but it states online only when the sign in store states otherwise and if they can honor it. The cashier was somewhat sympathetic but was quickly saying no with no solution. So I continued to ask once more when this old blonde woman clearly annoyed comes up and says "what's the issue" and I once again explain how I saw the sign and did as stated and the email I got. And I asked if they could honor it to which she aggressively responded with " no. We need a code and you clearly don't have it" turning back around and rolling her eyes. I've dealt with rude and entitled people being in the customer service industry myself and never have I been treated with such aggression. So dumbfounded I just look at her before I tell her she doesn't need to be so rude and should tone it down. Her response "I'm not rude, you are, so leave." Now I'm annoyed because this was the perfect costume for my baby and I tell her if she can't honor it that's fine but she could've been a lot nicer about it instead of immediately jumping to being aggressive. Her response to the feedback? she call's security to kick me out. Don't come here. This woman clearly hates her job and has no need to be the face of the store.
