Ken Brown is Experienced and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Communicates well and promptly answers his own phone! I called several transmission shops. I am a relentless youtube goggler when it comes to car problems, acquainting myself with all the TSB information that is available. He was the only one that answered all of my questions accurately off the top of his head. Might not be cheapest but his prices are fair. Highly recommend.
