I’ve been coming to this location for gas and cigarettes for about 15 years… never once had problems or issue with their csr staff until today.their new csr (Olivia) is a, simply put, a psycho.First she starts to give attitudes because she misunderstood an item i asked, then used my kickback points without my permission on an item i did not request. when I told her it was the wrong item and finally made the correct purchase I noticed that the kickback points she mentioned earlier is now gone from my card.she kept repeating she doesnt know anything and tells me to call kick back or 76, when in fact i know that she had a short receipt right next to her with the points i previously had on my card.This Olivia lady is toxic and horrible service.i edited this review because i noticed that other review by “ Antonio Cabrera “ had similar experience here by the old lady with glasses.That lady is Olivia. the one from my review.Seems like she does this to everyone.Wondering how she is still hired.

First and foremost I want to acknowledge the fact that the old woman with glasses working in this location has the worst attitude in history also I find it ridiculous her kind thinks she can racial profile everyone as if she is anything better her self. She needs to take a good look in the mirror and rethink her attitude. I warn everyone do not go here this is the worst gas station in history! There needs to be an investigation at this specific location, the people running this store steal peoples money time and identity here! And as for this old woman with glasses with no class or skills needs to get sued for discriminating everyone who goes here. I give this location zero starz! And as for this gas station they are sneaky and rob your gas by not giving you what you pay for. They run this business and give you water damaging peoples motors in there vehicles.

6/1/2021 = 1 Star = 3:30 pm i always buy lotto in this store and using my Debit card but using as a credit card and this new lady said she can't do it , grrrrr. I use to love this location not anymore , Change to 1 star .12/29/19 = 4 star = I always put gas here every time I need it , good thing too they do sell propane here and the price is good too , but the only problem in this location is no restroom . Not good for travelers .

I'd give higher points before right-now experience. It was a complete deal breaker moment. Later at night, one new applicant was in training and there was a delay. Understandable.... After paying in cash, I walked to pump and it was not showing cash price. Walked back to explain and I was told to try again. It still won't work and price is incorrect. Pump was not even working at higher price. Walked back again. Then that existing woman started talking via PA which sound in police officer's tone.... very unpleasant commanding tone that is. Tried again and it still won't work. I again said not working. She plainly said "TRY IT" several times. It finally worked.What she should have said was "they" pressed wrong buttons due to training, now we got the problem solved and it will now work, sorry about the inconveniences.Was it my fault to walk back 3 times ???? Absolutely not.Will not use this place anymore.

Easy in and out prices not the best but very clean and a large collection of drinks and snacks.

I went today and I am very disappointed I put gas and it turns out that the prices that they showed on the sign it's different than they one that they charge you for at the pump you can see On the pictures I posted below, I also approached the cashier lady she said she has no knowledge about it and it's not her fault, I said I was double checking thank you for your help have a blessed day I'll just contact customer service.
