Manager Lydia helped me today and she was exceptional. Her product knowledge, and customer service exceeded my expectations. I will be purchasing my dog food, 4Health, from Tractor Supply from now on!!! Thank you for the small town, personal customer service.

Very nice associates that greet you when you enter. I grab most of my pet supplies from here but it is quite popular where they sometimes run out of certain things. Very pet friendly and associates are very helpful as well!

Really bad experience with customer service. They would not take back an item that had a slice in it from the store. Employee was so rude - worst ever at any store. Very demeaning- think her name was Claudia. We returned it to another store and they apologized. Not all TSC stores are the same.

0 star review. The manager needs strenuous training in Customer service. Large imposing woman who helped with none of my needs...except to point around the store when i asked where I could find the items I needed. Stay away from this store and go to the ace hardware instead.

My family and I frequent this location often. Although we stopped due to a bad experience that we had with prior management, it appears that things have turned around.I went to purchase baby chicks a few days ago. Caleb went above and beyond, answered my questions, and made me feel like a valued customer.Thank you! Very much appreciated.

As a person with over fifteen years of customer-facing, executive, and managerial positions. I am still attempting to fathom the discrimination I experienced on 05/28/2023 by non-other than the “manager,” Claudia – my experience was horrific.I came to the Tractor store specifically to purchase four chicks. For the past three months, I have been researching raising chickens and completed a chicken coop. I have never been the victim treated in such a demeaning, unacceptable, and flat-out disrespectful way as Claudia did.My friend and I arrived at the Tractor Supply Co. at 17:24. I reviewed the selection of chicks.bq. **_Within ten minutes, a raggedy-looking old woman approaches me and asks me, “Are you getting four of them? I responded, “Yes, I am deciding which ones I want.” She responded, “Okay, well, we don’t stand there and pick, we just pick up whichever ones.” In the most disgusting way.Feeling pressured, I picked the four chicks I wanted. I asked a very nice woman if she could help me, she stood there with me, and we discussed raising chickens, as she picked the baby chicks I wanted. Following that interaction, she mentioned that the chicks would be at the front and I said okay, as I went to purchase the remaining supplies I needed, one of them being chicken starter food. Not even five minutes after, Claudia approaches me and asks if I’m getting the chicks, I said yes. Feeling even more pressured, I sped-read all the nutritional labels of the chick feed. As I turned one ole, she suddenly appeared in front of me standing behind a cart just staring like spying on me. Along with the creepiest smile, she, again, asks if I’m getting the chickens. I said yes, I am waiting for my friend. She said okay. Within 10 minutes, AGAIN, she asked about the chicks, I said I am getting them, I am just waiting for my friend. She abruptly cuts me off and says, “You’ve been waiting for your friend, I’m not selling you the chicks.”That’s when I realized, this manager is on drugs. Clearly, not making any sense, and harassing me. I responded with “Okay…” and put back the chicken feed and heating light bulb I had in my hand. I was flabbergasted.Within two minutes, my friend arrives, I inform him of the situation, and he proceeds to ask her why she was not selling me the chicks. She responded in a beyond hostile tone and said I had been there for four hours.I mean really? How inept can you be, Claudia? You harass me, discriminate against me, and have the audacity to lie. Check the cameras. Is it because I am black or a homosexual? Honestly, I am embarrassed for you. Your behavior and commotion over four chicks, the refusal to sell them to me. There is no excuse. You engaged in unprofessional and unethical behavior.Whoever put you in the role of “management,” made a horrible mistake and needs to train you further or do the right thing and terminate your employment.I can assure you that I will never step foot in that store again and will ensure my family, & friends don’t either.

Originally I tried to buy the horse mats ( see pictures) online but the website said they do not ship to our area in Santa Barbara. So we made a trip to Buellton to buy the mats. Once we went in, we noticed they had a whole section of apparel. The apparel here was way cheaper than REI. We ended up spending half an hour in the apparel section, when originally we wanted to just get the horse mats and leave. Services are friendly here, while in the apparel section a lady asked if we needed help and try to help me find sizes for overalls, but after trying it on in the dressing room I realized it was a man's fitting and not a woman's fit (women have wider hips and it also had a zipper in the front crotch for guys to pee eaiser...). The price for the overalls here were under $20, for a non- Carhartt brand. I also found some tights with pockets for a lot cheaper than REI. We also are able to buy electrical outlet and electrical outlet covers for the room I was going to put my horse mats in. And after buying our mats, the guy who was helping us load it into our car offered to deliver it to our house because it didn't look like it was going to fit in my wife's prius. Delivery was $49.99, a lot cheaper than online and the guy who delivered it helped to load it to our house. The guy who delivered the mats informed me that sometimes the website doesn't deliver to certain addresses in Santa Barbara, but he was the delivery guy.Just a heads up if you ever want some items delivered, it's better to let them know when you're purchasing the items otherwise they'll have to refund you your purchase and then charge you again with the delivery fee so its on the same receipt. If you are trying to make a home gym, I recommend getting the horse mats here because it's cheaper than getting the gym mats from other places.

We came in to buy horsemats (these are alternatives to work out mats guns have) and ended up buying clothes... they had overalls, work shoes, tops, ladies pants with pockets, all for a reasonable price! There was also a nice young lady who also helped my wife with the overall sizing and also informed us they had more options online. Inside is like an ace hardware mixed with animal supplies for horse, dog, and other animals. I wish I took pictures, but my hands were full from the clothes we bought. While trying to load the horse mats into the car, the employee informed us they could deliver it to us today. After attempting to put one of the mats into the car, we decided to opt for the delivery ($50 to santa barbara). They man also helped us load it into our house. This place has very good service!
