Merch 13th 2024 7pm. The worst experience.Honestly the girl working nights here has to go.Tom must be desperate to keep this girl on so long. The 3rd time tonight I received the most unprofessional, attitude. Completely lacking in any type of customer service. I will not stop here again Tom. This is the same girl that works at the Wells Fargo inside Albertsons. Makes me wonder what kind of service her clients there are receiving. No bueno Tom. Not sure if it's my gender or skin color but she is just a miserable person.

I work in the area and Tom's almost always has the best gas prices within 45 miles and by a good amount too. Bathrooms are clean and the pumps have always worked fine for me. I stop here weekly usually.

I live in another town but work in Solvang. Tom's Has the cheapest gas in buellton. The owner is very nice and welcoming. Inside the store they have a little of everything. They even sell some clothing products.

Gas prices are good, but the old guy working this morning is a jerk and money hungry. We travel all over the country and have stopped at all kinds of stations. When ever we have stopped to fill up our tank we usually go in and ask if we can get a cup of ice and have our own cup. This guy wanted 75 cents just for ice after we put $80 in gas in our vehicle. I know to some of you this might seem petty. 95% of the places we've stopped at say no problem and when they do charges it's 25 cents with regret they explain that it's the owner's policy. This guy this morning went off about his electric bill, water bill, gas prices. I definitely will not be going back to this place!

As others have said, low prices and super clean facilities. Plenty of pumps and easy access and exits. Lots of stations close by but Tom's does the business!!

Stopped by Tom's for gas after Easter Sunday drive. Used pump #8, used card for pmt, filled until nozzle stopped pumping, replaced gas cap and then noticed the gallons and dollars were still metering after the gas stopped pumping. Spoke with defensive rude attendant Jason about the over charges of slightly less than a dollar. His behavior implies the company knows it's an issue but perhaps all the pumps are intentionally set up this way to extract a little more money from customers. Caveat emptor. Notified the FTC Fraud site.

Love stopping for gas at this station. They offer great prices, it is clean and rarely busy. The station offers several gas pumps and the store inside is well maintained and stocked.

OLD SCHOOL GAS STATION IN A NEW ERA: I know you might say, well this is "just a gas station." That might be right in the basest sense, but Tom, the owner of this gas station is almost always on-duty and always so active and helpful. Tom can be found behind the counter, attending to restocking and helping customers. He has a warm smile and always greats you warmly. He and his staff have obviously been taught great customer service skills, as they are all so very helpful and genuinely kind. I've hardly ever seen an owner so very active in what appears to be his 60-70's. He is hands-on and this is an old school gas station in a new era. Tom's is very clean and well stocked with delicious offerings inside and their prices on gas appear to be some of the best in the area. Please come and support this wonderful family. We should all go the extra mile for people who do the same for us.

Cheapest gas on central coast. Conveniently located to HWY 101 Avoid Santa Maria high gas tax in additional to CA state and SB County high gas taxes!!!
