Give people a chance who want a job with your company, not everyone is perfect on their first day. Train them at least! People get nervous when someone is watching them do a performance assessment.

Adoption at Santa Ynez Humane Society was a wonderful experience. The staff was great and very helpful. We will be back for further pets.
